WINSTON JOnly issue i had wàs with the app and website. It kept giving ne trouble at pick up and at drop off .Thanfully the rep at locatiob was able to do it for me on his side of the pc.

ildemar OYou changed the location of pickup the day before without apologizing. And in fact tried to play it off like it was always the case. It added almost an hour to my move. I asked for furniture pads and none were available. It was a bad move and would never recommend your company.
