Quit being so damn decietful with the $19.95 . I’m not naive enough to believe there are extras but 4 hours and when I get the bill it goes from $19.95 to $240 and I only went a little over 100km . Just be better it’s a douchey way to do biz IMHO

What can you do to improve for the next customer? Have the vehicle ready to go at the agreed-upon time after the customer has already taken care of everything through the app. Understand how the app works. Don’t act like you’re put out and are doing the customer a favour. Don’t add insult to injury by yelling at the customer. Get rid of the McDonald’s garbage, caked-on ketchup, and bad smells from the truck rather than leave it for the customer. Tell the customer which truck it is. Adjust the return time to account for the customer’s time you wasted. Act civilized.
Theodore FThe manager we rented from was extremely aggressive and rude. We were over charged, the uhaul had no ramp which made it extremely difficult to move. Overall just a terrible experience for this spot. Would not rec this place and would never ever rent from them again. I'm not even going to go here in the future even for gas. They are nothing but crooks. Very disappointed
BRUNEL VWhen I arrived to pick up the truck I completed the check in on the app. When it was time to get the key from in the store, the Customer service representative was in a loud altercation with a customer that could be heard outside. After waiting 5 minutes for them to finish I asked for the key and the Representative told me I had to wait as his internet was down and he had to call and verify me. I tried showing him the app on my phone that I completed but he didn’t want to entertain my request. After waiting another 5 minutes he finally confirmed my reservation via phone call. The truck had McDonald’s garbage on the passenger side floor and there was open ketchup packets in the cup holder.
Chrysta CThe Alliston U-Haul location was conveniently located. However, they have no supplies like dolly’s etc. when I booked a dolly using the online app…I was not informed that dolly’s are not available at that pickup location
