The U haul’s AC (heat) was not working. It gave me a hard time during this winter.

The Heater hardly worked, windows frosted over made it hard to see when driving at night and we froze for the entire hour and a half drive that we had. There was a broken mirror and glass all over the back and a wood cabinet left in the back. We paid almost $400 for the worst uhaul experience I have ever had!!!

Booked on line had to rebook at the location. Fuel gage was not working properly. Started with half tank. Trying to fill it half was impossible. Payment went from 60 to 180
