I was told my equipment return was open ended. Apparently, this was false information. Not only did I have to go 80 miles to pick up the equipment, but when I tried to return it to a location in Canon City, CO, I was told they couldn't accept it. This meant I had to go and additional m 40 miles (I had already exceeded my mileage limit), but this also made me exceed my return time. It ended up costing me an additional $146 dollars. U-Haul, move into the 20th century with your administration. There was no reason for me to have to go to a different location when I was at a U-Haul location. Makes me think Budget was a dream company. Typical of customer service in this day and age. Screw the customer whenever you can.DAVID O.

I think her name was Tracy she was the sweetest lady ever y'all charged me $480 to rent that equipment to bring here to Lake Charles I feel like y'all took advantage of me but it definitely wasn't her in Kansas City she was awesome she deserves a raise.Scott F.

When we returned the trailer, the two store locations in Emporia, KS were closed; one was out of business and the other store was closed on Saturday, at 1pm, which seemed a little unusual. Fortunately we were able to call the 800 number for assistance on how we could return the trailer. The whole process took over a half an hour, which is way too long for a rental return. When we lived in Kansas City, we rented from the Olathe location, which had regular business hours and always in store personnel to assist us in pick up and returns.William S.

I was happy with the location that I rented from. I'm very unhappy with uhaul as my card was charged twice and 3 days later I still have not received my money back. I don't know if I will ever rent form uhaul againBOBBY R.

The uhaul app on my phone did not work on my phone. I had to call in to get the truck and car hauler turned in. It seemed like there was no clear area where turn ins should be parked.Edward P.
The place was closed. No one was around. Lot and drive way was full of rental equipment. I was not sure where to unhook and leave the trailer.. The app on my cell phone did not work right. I had trouble with it previously when trying to pre check when I picked up the trailer.EDWARD P.

The only problem I had was with some lady from the KC area that called me after I made my reservation with ALL STAR rental. She proceeded to tell me she was moving my reservation to another dealer. And after I asked why the lies from her started!!!!! I'm still waiting on a call from her supervisor from last Wednesday 1/27/21. I hope someone will check into this incident and even though the message that plays while a customer is on hold states â€œ these calls are recorded and I could request a copyâ€ the lady told me our conversation wasn't recorded and she the proceeded to tell me she could cancel my reservation when I begin to push back and questioned what was going on......and then she hung up on me!!!!CRAIG B.

The location was closed when we dropped the truck off so we had to "drop it off" online. We had it there on time, but the system showed us dropping it off at 2PM and charged us an additional $40. You should make sure the online system records the correct time dropped off if the location is closed so people don't get charged extra when they shouldn't.Kristina P.

Uhaul messed up and scheduled me to pick up on a Sunday, even though All Star Rental was closed. Uhaul's only solution was to say â€œsorryâ€ and send me to Topeka to pick up a trailer. Jake at All Star Rental went above and beyond by coming to help me at the store even though they were closed. Would recommend this location to anyone!! Great dedication to customer service and very helpful on a stressful moving day.Sydney H.
