Improve mobile pick up. I never received a code to retrieve key. Person at counter insisted a code was sent but the instructions on mobile check in said to go to counter to retrieve keys. Clarification would of given better rating.

magda mThis drop-off location is small and difficult to drive in and out of. It is also off of a very busy street. It's not a bad location, just one I would pick if you are a more experienced driver with these types of trucks. The truck we rented was a 20'. The location is a little more difficult to drop off for the larger trucks.
elizabeth bWhen I arrived at 8am for my 8am pickup, my app flashed me a message that it was delayed until noon. When I asked the attendant, he said he couldn't handle the u-haul software and somebody would be in at 10am. I called Uhaul customer service and they could only offer to reschedule me. I returned at 10am, and the same attendant processed me and got me my truck. I feel like their software/app has glitches and bugs and their personnel wasted my morning.
Joseph BI was over billed 4 days, charged for 6 days when I only rented 4/6/22 and returned the truck 4/8/22. I got a bill for a pick up on 4/6/22 and returned on 4/12/22. I went to the location where I rented it from. He had me called a u haul dispatch and get no assistance. I’m waiting for the area rep to call me back and fix this since the rental location is no help on resolving this mistake. I was also charged extra on gas when I returned the uhaul with the correct amount of gas. I have pictures of before and after of the mileage and gas gauge. Over charged over $200 for no reason
Ryan HI has a 20' truck and no parking available as two other smaller uhauls took all three parking stalls. Waited 30 minutes for personnel before leaving the truck parked in a handicap parking stall. Made me uncomfortable to leave it there.

Justin LThere were problems with the 24/7 self serve rental system. The Uhaul website kept crashing, it took me 2 hours to finally get the vehicle's key.

MATT HCompletely disappointed with the drop off location. I requested confirmation from the gentleman working there that the truck was returned and he stated I did not need anything and that it would be sent via email. He seemed to be too busy on the phone to properly handle the return. Never received anything and now having to dispute additional charges.
Brittney PI set up my rental online with a specific location to pick up. when I arrived at that location I was told that there was no vehicles available for me. I then had to travel to a second location then go through the process of setting up a new rental after I had already done everything online. Which was a huge waste of my time.
