First of all, it was hard to find this location as it is located inside a furniture store. We kept driving back and forth trying to find a U haul sign or trucks in the front of the building. U haul rep was very nice, but it felt awkward to be in a furniture store. Truck was old and filthy. There was food on the passenger floor. It needed a good vacuuming. Also, the windshield wipers did not work properly. We were unable to see out of it properly in wet snow storm as the wiper left a huge mark in the middle of the window; making visibility limited. Also, the truck had no ramp making it difficult getting furniture in and out of the truck.

AMJAD AHusband and wife, who own Allure, were very friendly. Pickup was not an easy process, though. Took about 30 minutes for check in until we got into the truck. They have not been doing U-HAUL services very long so I know they will get better with time and practice. That, and I tried to pickup from another location where the man said the “system was down and I could only Mobil check in”. Mobile check in was not working for me, so I had to cancel my first reservation. The whole U-HAUL experience this time was irritating and I was late to pick my item up.
