After calling this location to tell her that I would be just two hours late from dropping off my Uhaul, I was assured that would be fine. I then asked what the charge was and she said just look at your email. I never received an email. Of course, I was in the process of moving and relocating from another city so I hurried up to finish and have the Uhaul returned. She charged me an additional day which I told her I didn't need. I would like someone to contact me from customer service because I was charged an additional $94 for this Uhaul. This is poor customer service because I called this location multiple times and communicated that I couldn't afford extra charges. I understand a charge for any additional mileage but not for an additional day. I can be called at 726-444-7184Ashley F.
Sure. You cannot pick up your reserved truck until 9am, but the people were wonderful to work with, we felt comfortable. We would rent a truck from this place again.Drew N.

This is the BEST U-HAUL PLACE EVERY. MS. I couldn't check in at 8am to get my uhaul. The store had checked me but did not leave instructions on how to get the keys. I had to wait an hour until they open to get the key. That hour cost me $150 and time for the moving team I order they were just waiting there. I had to move majority things by myself because of there error.Micheal D.

Equipment are staged in a business parking lot. I was lucky that I dropped off the equipment on a weekday and in the moor morning. No traffic. If anytime later, possible difficulty to park equipment due to vehicles parked in parking spaces. Could have been worse, if I arrived at business center during rush hour.Noel C.

It took us over a hour to check in our truck over the phone. The location we picked it up from was closed on Saturday because it was the memorial weekend. The windshield wipers were worn. We had to make stops to clean them. With the corona virus, we were not informed/told if the truck was sanitized from the last use. The drop off location didn't have a sign indicating that it was closed for the holiday weekend.anna G.

Horrible service. And over charges for everything! Picked up the truck at 1pm on 4/1/20 returned it 4/2/20 at 11am ! Less than 24 hours and charged me for 2 days!!!!!!!Jacob S.
Store has birds caged near the door, it smelled and was dirty. Equipment had issues with the lights and external magnetic lights had to be used. If I had the time I would have gone elsewhere.James P.

I rented a 12'x6' trailer for a local move. When I got the trailer I noticed the trailer hitch/tongue was bent out twisted. The UHaul rep noticed it as well. We hooked the traile and hand tightened the knob. When I got home I further tightened it a couple of clicks with channel locks. During use the trailer didn't feel right but just assumed it was because it was empty. When I would hit a bump the hitch would rattle like it was loose but never checked to see if it was. When I returned the trailer I found the knob to be loose and was not even hand tight. It freely turned with zero effort to loosen it up to remove. After seeing that my instinct was dead on. The hitch was loose and moving up and down but not enough to come uncoupled. This trailer needs to be removed from service until the coupling assembly can be replaced. This could have been an ugly situation if it had loosened to the point it came uncoupled. The trailer number is RV 6092 A.Eldon C.

The woman who helped me check out was very kind, she helped me attach the trailer to my truck and explained what all the chains and straps were for. The equipment was in great condition, it was easy to load up the car and secure it down. The lights worked, all the chains and rubber grommets were there and in good shape, the tires looked solid and overall there were no issues with the trailer. I would definitely return here next time I need a car trailer.Caleb P.
