The attitude of the worker was terrible

HOLLY DNext time I would suggest that the person who is in charge of preparing the trucks to review before truly assigning them. We had to wait over an hour for our truck because our original one did not even have the keys or our dolly in it. We had to take another truck with permission that was smaller and we waisted an hour and a half of our time in which we are charged. I would like to be refunded for a partial of this.
Alexandra DWhen I arrived, I didn’t see the online checking option my confirmation stated I could use. The gentleman in the office was irritated he had to get up off his couch and stop watching his TV show. He was extremely rude and unpleasant from the moment I said “Good morning”, Inkept my mouth shut as I stood there in disbelief. Then he asked “do you want a floor dolly”? I said, “no, just the furniture dolly that I originally ordered”. Well….this is when he went completely psycho and said “it’s the same same thing”, he proceeded to call me ignorant and this is when I no longer kept my mouth shut. I originally ordered SafeMove, but when he asked if I wanted it, I said “no” and he responded, “good, I hope you wreck, you will be responsible for everything”. Who says such a horrible thing to someone? I asked for his manager and he said he was the manager, “Fuck U-Haul U-Haul and didn’t give a shit”. He walked outside, removed the pad lock and told me to figure it out. I immediately called U-Haul to report this and was told I would receive a phone call and still have not. He is a miserable human being and should not be allowed to interact with customers. I expect a credit of some sort issued for him wishing an accident on me. That is absolutely unacceptable! Also, I have a picture and the gas tank reading on my receipt is higher than what it was when I entered the vehicle upon pickup.

shawn mIt’s not very helpful when someone calls and the phone is always off the hook. Add an answering machine, or something to help let the customer know you care. When I moved into the storage, the week of, I let the desk know the door to my unit was broken and I had a rat and roach problem, anything that wasn’t rubbermade bins were ate through, and the door never really went up without force. Now I’m out of the unit so no real complaints. Thanks for the space and happy new year

They have different phone numbers to call when you call them they answer them with a hello and you ask if this is aloha storage and they have a smart remark. Very rude, costumer service sucks. Lock were put on my storage unit and I was on time with payments when I asked them to remove the locks I had to ask 3 different times. I don’t recommend due to it being very difficult to deal with them.

Jeanne rReceipt provided was incorrect and did not reflect the correct date of return. The receipt did not include the cost I incurred for the U-Haul rental. I emailed the POC provided and I am waiting for a correction. A child met me at the office, instructed me where to park the truck and took the key and receipt and informed me that his dad owned Aloha and was in the back. He put the keys in the office and informed me his dad was aware and asked him to assist me.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsThe trailer was horrible. Passenger side rear tire was 1" smaller in overall diameter than the other 3 tires. The floor was completely uneven making even load placement and balance near impossible. The tire and floor combination made the trailer sway and yaw while driving down the road at any speed greater than 45-50mph. This made our trip the worst I've ever had with UHaul and/or Penske... We drove on 70mph+ interstate at 45mph with hazards on.... As a North Carolina State Trooper my professional opinion is that the trailer should not be on the road.... I also had requested 5 dozen furniture pads/blankets and was only provided 24 between the two rentals that I had... The other 6x12 trailer was as to be expected... I will be contacting UHaul corporate about this reservation and highly unlikely I'll be doing business with you again unless this is made right... Jessica CDropped off trailer two nights before trailer was due; but they didn't "see" the trailer until 1 hr 17 minutes after it was due in and so they took the liberty to charge me a full extra day with coverage. Called about it and they are currently giving me a run around saying they need to talk to the "boss". Couldn't be more dissatisfied with this location.

benjamin sThe trailer was very dirty, I cleaned it before I packed it. I had a flat tire the first day of my trip. I had to call roadside service, they were wonderful. Aloha storage where I picked it up dose not even know how to hook it up.
ROBIN CThe employee called me personally after I was running late (20 mins) to get my truck around 5 and left a nasty voice mail on my phone, as I was coming down the road. I did not pick up the truck after that voice mail she left and refuse to give that establishment any of my money. No employee should be leaving voice mails like she did, because you don't know the situation someone is dealing with. I would not refer anyone to this place.
MONIQUE PAuto trailer was not at same location with truck. Took a lot of time picking up equipment from multiple locations. Very frustrating. But once I got the truck to Aloha, the guy was very helpful getting the trailer hooked up.

DAVID Cthe trailer has a hook for the door to latch onto. the problem is that there was no latch for the door. Also the trailer rated for almost a ton, did not have a trailer jack. so i had to use the one for my car to lift it up. that is just dumb. im not blaming the location for this. it is a uhaul problem.

I will always refer customers to him and next time I need uhaul or storage it will be w/ aloha storage! What makes the world better are people like Kenny Baysden and the aloha storage company! CRYSTAL HCheck engine/oil light was on, the oil was at the correct level. The guy looked at me like I had two heads for inquiring, and told me to call the 800 number if I broke down on the interstate. The cab had old dip cans in it. the emailed location to pick up the truck was wrong, I had to go to a different pickup location. the truck was to be ready at 9:30am I didn't get it till 2:30 pm. When I got there the proprietor told me I couldn't have the 26ft truck on my ppr work and tried to get me out the door with a much smaller rental that would not fit my household goods, even though the 26ft'er was on the lot. Not pleased, budget was much better and had diesel trucks that are much easier to fill up at a truck stop rather than trying to navigate the auto filling stations for gas.
KENNETH FI didn't know what town in the kansas city area I would need for drop off, so they just put one in. When I called to use a different location much closer the U-haul customer service representative was rude, and had me take trailer to a location over 10 miles away. There was a location just two miles away. I'm not certain what provider I will use in the future.

JUAN PWell to start with maybe the customer service people can get some classes on.. You guessed it customer service. Why is it I reserve a truck and auto transport and they are at 2 different locations. Those locations are 45 min from each other. So when I call and tell the service rep I can't go get the auto transport she said "ok" and hung up on me as we'll as cancelled my entire order. The following day when I went to the location where my truck should be they already had it scheduled for another customer. So again having to go to another location after 30 more min on The phone I got my truck. You would think being in a town full of navy and marines uhaul would take care of its country's protectors rather than inconvenience us. I would not recommend using uhaul to anyone if you are looking for a smooth transition.
