No assistance provided. Difficult getting access to keys. No equipment provided as requested. Charged twice for equipment that wasn't provided. Had to talk with 5 different customer service reps. One rep was dismissive of complaint and very reluctant to refund charges for poor experience. This was a terrible experience with uhaul.
