The customer service and location were excellent. However, I reserved a dolly online, but they didn't have one when I went to pick up.. A dolly should be standard when you rent a truck. Otherwise the process was easy. The price for rental fair.

My fuel was recorded incorrectly after I returned the vehicle. I returned my rental vehicle with more gas than what was necessary and was charged a surcharge of approximately seven dollars. I would like that surcharge refunded to my credit card.
