Wasn’t Impressed at All. After we Book our Tow Dolly and Continually try and get a Hold of the Location to pick it up after 4 days phone U-Haul only to have them Inform us that the Location is Closed as they are on Holidays. So then have to Reschedule and leave a Day Later. Pick up the tow dolly in FSJ. Arrive in Fort Nelson. Only to Find out that the Tow Dolly they gave us won’t work for the car as it’s an All Wheel Drive. After How Many Phone calls to U-Haul. Finally leave the Tow Dolly in Fort Nelson at the Closed Location. Have to drive the car 6 hours. Which cost to much in Gas Money Seriously NOT IMPRESSED then they Only REFUND. HALF THE MONEY WE PAID WHICH WE STILL HAVENT GOT BACK YET. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

I had no idea to rent a 26 ft truck i would have to buy tire chains for it and never used again. This should be supplied as safety equipment. And to have to travel several hours out of my way to pick it up.

I stopped in to speak with agent about drop off ; very helpful . Corrected the drop off days and was great in explaining the drop off process. Dropping off using the APP was very clunky; your APP definitely needs some work.

Unfortunately ended up with a truck much smaller than what I had booked. The person helping me at this location (truck size was not their fault) was super accommodating and helped me to arrange alternative cargo capacity (trailer) by phoning dispatch and speaking their language to get us the best deal. So be nice to the local staff, as more than likely order fulfilling problems are not their fault at all and they are just caught in the middle. But they (local staff) will be super helpful to make it right, despite U-haul head office seeming to not care so much at times.

I was extremely disappointed with how filthy the trailer was, both inside and outside. Our rainy weather most certainly did contribute to the mud that was on the outside of the trailer however, the amount of dried and caked on mud was beyond what the current rainy weather would have contributed. The same for the inside of the trailer; it was absolutely filthy; mud, dirt and garbage was everywhere I. The trailer. Thankfully I had moving pads from another U-Haul location in my town and I was able to protect my furniture and belongings from the filthiness of the trailer. Would I recommend the U-Haul depot I used? Yes and no. Yes, due to the friendly staff and quick service as all my questions were answered and the rental process was relatively seamless. No, because I was less than impressed with the condition that the trailer was in when I picked it up.

I am a victim, a person I know, let me use his U-Haul cause we are poor and struggling family of 6 plus animals. What I didn't know was buddy didn't pay and it was taken with everything we own plus our id bank cards wallets purse. Our clothes our money nothing but what is on our back. U-Haul wont give nothing to us. Left on the street like we were bad dogs, no ID escaped foreigners. We couldn't even eat or find a place . No matter how I pleaded, U-Haul manager , town manager, traffic repair manager leaves us homeless nowhere to go no food no change of clothes, no ID , nothing for the kids , out on street! We been 2 days lost and scared, nowhere to go with 6 cats and 4 newborn baby's kittens. Then charging us with a late bill from someone who we thought was helping us, in his name , we half to pay 2 month. We had no idea, but was proud someone finally helped us for the past week. Now we homeless , lost , on street with young children of 4.5 old twins girls, 11 year old daughter, 13 year old son , and my disability head trauma patient husband , with 10 cats all bawling our heads off , asking God why this is happening??!! I gave all info I could possibly tell, and we are handed a small saving on a bill that's not in our name, told if we don't pay in less than 84 hours on a long weekend , to pay 4100.00$ by 84 hours or we will have all our possessions thrown away and sold off!!! I don't even have a license to drive so we been getting friends to drive us for past week to get a low income home we just lost today cause we cannot access our accounts. We can't even sell anything off in from U-Haul! It's like we were given a gun and held to our heads to pull a trigger. What the hell are we gonna do??? Help us someone please. We need a hotel , please help me save our family from these monsters! It's the long weekend on top of it all! What are we gonna do, we have no family for help no friends, and nobody wants this many kids with all the cats. So cause of no money , we lost our new home ! What are we gonna do? What the hell are we gonna do??????? This is how we are treated , but U-Haul won't listen to us, have zero compassion even tho they know we didn't steal the U-Haul. We are made an example of no bending rules for the innocent!!! All they want is their money of 4100$ but we only had the U-Haul 26 footer for over a week. Why is U-Haul trying to kill us! Cause weir people are looking at my young daughters and pointing and laughing. W are so humiliated !!!

I did not know U-haul rented car-hauler trailers by the day. Was very impressed with the service I received at this location. The ladies had the trailer hooked up to my truck, and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. Very pleasant experience, I definitely will be back again in the future. Drop off was also a breeze.

Would be nice that when I complained if terrifying experience and WELL BELOW STANDARD condition of vehicle something would have been done. Spent ALOT of $ on something that was terrifying & didn’t know if it would make the whole trip. I suggested it be PULLED from service & DO HOPE my advice was followed until repairs could be made.
