Monica KFelt like I was a inconvenience to him by renting a trailer … couldn’t pick it up on Saturday so had to pay for a extra day for it to sit in my driveway… had to beat 100 pounds of dirt and ice off the thing in my driveway before I left , says on the trailer “save 20 dollars if you return it clean”…well it was a lot cleaner when I dropped it off then when I picked it up and still paid full price… terrible service.. if he doesn’t want to offer the u haul service anymore like it seems he should just give it up

Excellent service. - the only thing is in general you guys accept Debit for reservation on line and when we pick up the unit need a credit card. Maybe for like lout of town moves but not in town. And with the situation we are in now not everyone has Credit Card. I prefer paying for it with cash or debit than having credit card. And Thanks to Al he made it easy for us. Thanks
Anthony SI had to drop off two U-Haul‘s to Al’s auto repair first time my wife followed me in the car for the first vehicle second vehicle or truck was delivered without my wife following due to road conditions and I delivered the truck and nobody offered to give me a ride back to the house I had to call for a taxi which was an additional I don’t know 4050 bucks and then I also put 60 bucks in to the gas tank that’s the truck that only we got an eighth of a tank when we picked it up I returned it with more than a quarter of a tank not very happy with this truck at all I got all my gas receipts and seems to be a real sugar on gas thank you
Lanny HYou need to start using trucks with 4 wheel drive. Canada is a big market and not being able to back up in a driveway or getting stuck in a normal parking lot just because it is snowy is screwed up.
Josh DWhen we arrived at the location for our pick up time, which was reserved and guaranteed, Al's was closed for the weekend. We had to wait till Monday morning for any contact from this location, and they did not seem to care that we had a confirmed booking for saturday morning at 9am. They also do not offer debit or cash payments for the uhaul, and this was not communicated in booking. Finally, while the regional manager for Northern BC was working hard to find a solution for us, I was really disappointed by his lack of follow up with me.
ANGUS PMirrors were broken on the truck we rented. Had to wait two days until another truck with the same mirrors was available. Al was helpful but the interior was dirty and the gas tank half full.

PHILLIP LI will not recommend Uhaul to anyone, not after this experience, I had booked a 20' Truck 5 weeks in advance online, I had booked a week of work to do the move, when it came time to pick up the truck there was not one available, after attempts to try and get one from another Uhaul location in Fort St John, B.C. I was still not able to get a truck. I end up having to rent a 6' x 12' Uhaul trailer, which limited my space to get my furniture moved. I would expect to be reimbursed for the inconvenience and not having the unit that was reserved well in advance. Not Impressed.
Todd OI was told I would be charged a total of $60.00 for my trip for insurance.... then I was charged an extra $80.00 for insurance which I was not asked if I wanted more insurance and I truly believe this was trickery and a very very unfair act on behalf of Uhaul. I did not accept further charges other than the $20.00 per day flat rate I was quoted when 8 picked up the trailer, I wo7ld like this $80.00 returned to me ASAP!
DONNA WNeeded trailer for extra day phoned uhaul and waited 15min on hold and was disconnected called again and waited 15min again and hung up this time! No where online to notify uhaul of delayed trip. The equipment is fine customer service is crap ??

sharleen gAl was good got me set up And ready to go without any issues. Uhaul dispatch was awful. Had to talk with uhaul representative for about 1hour on the phone despite having booked online, checked in online, and paid online. Then uhaul wanted another $200 for insurance I had already paid for online. I was sick of waiting and wanted to get going so I paid it to avoid more delays. Uhaul is the only option otherwise I would have chosen someone else.
Allen SI did not meet anyone at this location, I called and was able to drop off the truck on the previous day.

David AConfirm earlier, that the unit is where it is to be picked up.One day does not cut it living in the North.I may have to travel 5-6 hours to get another unit

Shayne MAl is always great to deal with. The U-Haul customer service department on the other hand are a bunch of idiots, Urja Sharma is one of them.
