They over charge me I went to return the truck they only ask for keys so I asked the guy aren't you going to check it out aren't you going to check the mileage and the gasoline level he said no it's ok when the other guy gets back he do everything you are good to go I left the gasoline level as when I picked it up and I did the mileage exactly as I paid for at the beginning then 3 days later I got hit on my bank account almost the same amount I got charged at first honestly I don't think it's u haul's fault but the location management that is messing up with this I will go and make a formal complaint I I'm really disappointed at this time 😞😞 😞

Lionia GFoolishly I didn’t check the fuel gauge before getting started. We drove 10 miles and as we went to add more gas we realized the paper said 3/4 a tank but the gauge read 1/4. No way 10 miles of driving used 1/2 a tank of gas. The cab had paperwork and food scraps from a previous renter. Wouldn’t use this location again.

STEVEN DI reserved a furniture dolly and confirmed it with the representative when they called me, but when we got there, they did not have one available. We also had to change locations for pick up because they did not have the size we reserved at the preferred location. The man helping us was nice and respectful, these things were not in his control, but the person who contacted me should have verified everything first.
