Did not come with an appliance dolly but sure got charged for it and when we get refunded uhaul don't refund the amount of the dolly just throw a small number at you. 16.22 was my refund for no dolly but on the site the lowest price charged for a dolly is 19 and some change. Crooks.

Levi CFirst off I needed the trailer in Americus,GA. I passed 3 Uhaul centers with multiple trailers just like the one I needed in their parking lots. IDK why I could not reserve those on the website a when i tried to some time ago. So now i have to drive 45 min away just to get the trailer and then bring it all the way back to Buena Vista when I'm done. The cost was more than the website said it was going to be (by almost double) and the dude tried to upcharge me for the biggest insurance package without asking me, then tried to take a credit card when I already have one on file.
Levi CThe owner said he could not give me any paperwork showing that I returned the trailer which I thought was absurd . I was very worried about future issues so I made sure I took pictures. I also had to unload the trailer myself.

Robinn MWell first have accurate times and pickups. We scheduled a pickup at our closest pickup store got there and there wasn’t able to give us the U-Haul because they stopped an hour before our pickup time. You shouldn’t be able to set a time if they stop at a certain time. Also had to talk to 3 different people to finally find the next location to pickup another U-Haul truck. So then we had to drive another 20 miles to that location. Picked up the U-Haul and the person that was at that location was super nice but they charged our card an extra 100 dollars. They said we would get it straight back on our card as soon as we dropped the U-Haul off. But when we drop it off they said it would take 3-5 business days. We have spent so much money and running around when dealing with U-Haul, we just wanted an easy, hassle free experience especially with the stress of already moving.

Sherwood WFound trailer in excellent condition, except one tire flat , location filled tire to 60lbs was 10 lbs in the morning couldn’t load till new wheel came 2 hours later, also trailer did not have a hitch jack. otherwise excellent

Linton WTrain the help how to use your system. The Manager was supposed to be there at 3pm to make my appointment but he never showed up at all. The man he had working had NO Idea how anything worked. I live in the Phenix City, Alabama/Columbus, Georgia area and cannot understand why I had to travel 35 miles from home to pickup these items even though you alotted a extra 80 miles to travel but I had to pay for that fuel for an additional 70 miles.
Robert WSo, the first location that was texted to me was 25 minutes from my house. When I arrived, it was a residential address and not a turn in location. So then I had to drive back to town to go to this location that accepted the trailer. Please verify the auto generated drop off locations.

Amanda EIt took almost an 1 hour to check out even though I was the the only one there. The pickup location was changed by U haul a couple of the days before pick up which may have added to the problem. The clerk was very helpful in attaching the box to my truck and was very professional. This location is also a part of a gas mini mart with customers in and out disrupting the person helping me.

EARNEST HUnorganized, didn’t seem to know what they were doing, took way too long, guy couldn’t get the trailer on my hitch and suggested I use a smaller ball (less than 2”) and just lock it down. That’s extremely dangerous!!

ROD WMy pick-up was scheduled for 8:00am and no one showed up to even open the store until 8:40am. The individual at the location told me he couldn’t pull up my contract and tried to create a new one, as well as run my card again (even though I had paid in advance). I had to call uhaul in order to get him to give me the keys. And the truck cab was filthy - full of crumbs and some weird goop all over the floor.

gene fThe girl working when I turned in was very nice. She said it was her 1st time doing a return & it took a little longer than expected but not a big deal. The BIG DEAL is when a man called me from this location Sunday morning( not even 24 hrs after I got to my house to pack the truck) claiming his records showed that if I didn't have the truck there THAT day I was subject to charges for extra days. While this was my 1st Uhaul rental I have enough 'business sense' to highly doubt he was looking at something different than every other Uhaul rep I had spoken to, dealt with,live chatted with, etc. I very much disliked the idea of someone like that having my personal info. I called John(I think is his name) @ the district office in Knoxville. I had spoken w/ him a few times before. Very professional & highly recommended also & he assured me everything on my paperwork was correct & that I had til today to return it which I promptly did around 845 AM with over half a tank of gas not the level marked on the paperwork.

warren zThis was the worst experience I ever had moving. I was booked for pickup in two locations. I went to the location I was told to pickup at which was 20 miles away to be told someone else has rented this truck for the following day and then was told I had to pick up at a location 40+ more miles away. On top of that, I was on hold with customer service for 20+ minutes to be hung up on and this happened twice. Finally, I arrived at the new location just to be told I couldn't pick up the truck because the computer was down. Over 3 hours behind schedule I finally got to move. Then for drop off, I was told to drop at any local Uhaul locations and the first two turned me down and then I was finally sent to the main drop off location. I would not recommend using Uhaul to anyone. Surely there is a better and less stressful way to move!

JEREMY LMake sure the customer checks the mileage! I was charged for 69 miles and only drove the UHaul 34 miles! Very aggrevated with this experience!

RICHARD SI had ordered 10 moving blankets, but they wre not available when I went to pick up the truck. They had to deduct the $10 charge off my bill, but it posed a problem not have the moving blankets!

When I got the address the guy checking it in did not know how to do the computer.He was very polite and helpful but it was just a bad return experience which started with the 888 u-haul return #.
LUIS MThis center was a mess..I will never rent from uhaul again. They entered the wrong mileage and never came out to inspect the truck before we left. He also put the wrong gas amount in. He didnt give me a receipt and he said he would send me a email confirmation but i never got that either. I will not rent from uhaul ever again!
Reginald WI reserved 12 blankets when I ordered the truck. After paying for the truck, I learned they only had 9 blankets. More than half were damp and showed signs of mildew. Needless to say, I couldn't use them and expect to receive a refund. This pick up site was very disorganized. I don't want to take the time to list my entire experience.
