The lock was very temperamental and it took us over 30 minutes to unlock the lockbox. Additionally the lockbox was high off the ground and I had to have my husband operate the lock. If I would have been alone, I wouldn't have been able to see the code (I'm 5'6"). The vehicle itself had a cracked windshield and only a half tank of gas when we picked it up.
