This Location is a car lot. No one was on site when we arrived at the location just before 8am. The app was not much help, it was not working properly for instructions. Finally reached a young lady after we kept calling the number at the car lot. She was still at home but she was able to go on her app at her home to help. After she gave us the code to retrieve the keys to the Uhaul truck, there were no keys in the said box. This took way too much of our time. She placed me on hold because she said she needed to call the general manager. She never came back to the phone. Finally a man arrived assuming the owner, he opened the other two lock boxes hoping to find the keys. The keys were found. We lost an entire hour of time. I don't think I will use this location again. The man was nice enough. But no compensation was offered.
