Cory P.Do away with the mobile check in/out. That 8 minute check in took over an hour, the associate had to call someone else with corporate and it still took thirty more minutes to get my truck. Associate told me to put keys under the seat and lock it and mobile check in said another family was going to pick up. Keys are locked inside of cab under drivers seat. Truck was great, uhaul service was lacking. Not the person with Amarillo lock and storage. She bent over backwards to get me taken care of. The uhaul system is lousy and will never ever use it again.
