peter hOwner was friendly and helpful on the phone prior to picking up the equipment. When we picked up the truck, he agreed to hold the auto transport for two days so we didn't have to park it on a residential street while we used the truck. However, when we picked up the auto transport, the owner watched while we hooked the auto transport to the vehicle. He was unable to do it himself due to an injured finger. The auto transport passenger side front tire was marked with (2) white "X". I believe that means it was in need of repair or needed to be checked out. As it turns out, about 190 miles into the trip, on I-95 about 40 miles north of the Georgia-Florida border, the tread from that tire started shredding off the tire. I immediately pulled to the side of the road and called roadside assistance. That resulted in a delay of over one hour fifty minutes. I sure wish he had replaced that tire.
James CTony was exceptional. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. As a first time renter I had plenty of questions. I had reserved a 5x8 trailer a week before I needed it . As a cross check I went to Tony to make sure the trailer was available. He did not have one on the lot however he found one at another rental place, picked it up and had it for me the next day. Great second mile service. Appreciate all that he did to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks for all you did Tony.

michael lDropping the truck off at this location was a joke. Stopped got gas in the truck at the level I received it at. Pulled next door to drop off truck, backed truck in, locked up truck walked in building 4 people were starring at me, I said I'm here to drop off uhaul truck, lady repeated what I said. I said yes. She said he man who handles that left. You have to wait til he gets back, I replied I can't wait, she said well u have to. I put the key to the truck by the register and walked out. The next day ( today Monday) I was notified money was taken out of my account from uhaul. It was 15.20. For what??? I wasn't on over milage, the gas was were I got it. What for being 1 hour late dropping off??? Was supposed to drop at 9am. They opened at 10am so I got there at 1015am. Absolutely 100% crazy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Michelle SReceived truck on 1/8 tank of gas and they charged me $39 gas charge. I put gas in the truck and put it back to 1/8 tank and he charged me saying truck had 1/4 tank which is false . I took pictures of the gas at 1/8 tank and put a note on the check out slip

christopher HMore truck options would have been nice, since I only needed a 10ft truck. But the location probably isn’t one for high demand, so it is understandable. He was very helpful in renting me the truck, even though (he said) it was normally only supposed to be used locally, so I was very thankful for that. If I was in the area again, I would definitely use that site. Thank you.
yolanda RMaintain your equipment better, listen to your customerswhen they say that this truck isnt working right. I told the manager that the brakes werevery good, that i could push the peddle to the floor.. he gor intonthe truck and felt thatbwerent strong but told me notnto push that that hard. That was empty. I drove that truck 1400 miles with Squishy break. I didn't realize that it needed an alignment until after it was full. That's another thing , I had to drive for 1400 miles having to fight the truck not to make a right turn. And really NO Cruise control. I NEED TO MAKE A CHIROPRACTOR APPOINTMENT TO GET MYNSHOULDERBIN ALIGNMENT AGAIN. THE WORST TRUCK EVER, AND THE WORST RENTAL AGENT EVER.

Jacob GRental agent did not tighten the trailer coupler, disconnected from my tow vehicle while loading the vehicle on the trailer. I thought this was a basic safety check before sending me out the door… Glad it didn’t happen while driving on the highway.

debby dMan yelled at me and called me names for pulling the truck in to park it, and then said I HAD to back it in although I was not told that nor was there a sign stating this. I pulled the 20 ft truck out and turned it around and perfectly backed into a spot. Man just took the key and said "you can go." Very rude, unprofessional, no ID that stated he even worked there. I have no idea what his name or title is. This was not what I expected due to the multiple times I have used U-Haul services. I also swept out the back since I was told if swept and clean I would get a discount. I also filled the truck with gas since I wasn't sure how to make it 3/4 full and wanted to be sure I didn't leave it with less gas.
tamara pI put a tick over a quarter tank of gas and U-Haul still charged me 15 dollars for gas. Not Happy at All. That is ridiculous. I put in the same amount.
