Verify the uhaul pick up location has a good or better rating before assigning. First pick up location was extremely unreliable. But thanks to uhaul and the second pick up location was over and above professional, kind, extremely helpful. This is a new location for U-Haul and the operator is nothing less than a pirate. We returned the vehicle ON TIME, fully cleaned and re-fueled while the location was closed. We realized after 17 attempts that we could not get the online check-in to work. We spent over an hour on hold to speak to someone at U-Haul who tried to help us login to the systems and finally said it was not going to work and to just let the receiving dealer check it in the next day and charge us a $20 convenience fee. )-: When I received my second invoice we had a charges for fuel, a cleaning fee, an extra day, and an extra day of insurance coverage. When I stopped by to speak to the operator I was told we left trash in the box, which I knew was not true since I helped two employees clean it out before returning it. The trash turned out to be boxes and debris from his OWN business! Incense boxes and inner and outer boxes of things he sells in his junk store. The truck was cleaned and photographed before we returned it. The operator also made up a story about the unit being left in the road and ticketed by the local Sheriff's Department. I contacted Marion County and there was no calls or tickets in reference to that vehicle. We were charged and extra days rent, and extra days insurance, a fuel surchare, and a cleaning charge, none of which should have been added. Our company rents more than 50 time each year. This is our LAST U-Haul rental, and I plan to have AMEX investigate the last charge as fraudulent and have it removed from our card account.. I hope U-Hual does something quickly about your new rogue operator!mike B.
Tony texted to advise and verify that I was bringing the truck in. He then was very helpful as I brought the truck back early and after they were closed. He then let me know that it was returned properly.Christopher M.
vehicle had low air pressure in all tires, and was a quart low on oil. the renter assured me that he had gone over the truck as I was driving 1300 miles. When I showed him that the gauges indicated that the left rear tire was low he stated that he had checked the tire pressure and that it must be a defective sensor. I checked the tire pressure myself and found that it was 25 pounds under pressure according to the label on the side of the truck. I filled all the tires to the correct pressure, and the warning disappeared.Mark S.

Improve the hidden fees and not steal people's money for things they don't need or want . I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded for blankets and a dolly that I did not need and I was charged for it anyways and it wasn't even on the truck I rented .
