Experience at pickup was awful: the representative's app wasn't working, it took more than 45 minutes when though we were the only customer. We did not get a dolley even though we had reserved one... I insisted but they did not have any at that location. The interior of the truck was DISGUSTING! Mud all over the place, empty plastic bottle, junk all over (smarties, papers, screws)... I have all the pictures if you want, as I cannot upload then here.

We got hurt while opening there was wire sharp metal tied to handle. Very dirty. Not enough gas. We booked and paid for Dolly. Upon arrival we were told once we asked ourself that Dolly is not present. That wasted my one hour and picked 5:55pm instead of 4:30pm as I had to go to store to get Dolly Very unprofessional

The truck received was dirty. The truck was parked at the rear. When approached the truck, the fuel cap was open. The rear of the truck door was hard to open and plus, there was wires that had been cut like barb wires which was dangerous. I had a cut because of it. Mentioned this to the owner and he didn't seem to bother. I would expect a.xall from the management with regards to this matter. If not, I'm going to engage my lawyers. I have pictures and evidence.

Zero customer service and dirty u haul truck. These people have no idea how to talk with customers, please don’t waste your time and money to get a u haul from here. These people will try their best to rip you off by charging extra for anything. Guy working at counter was eating dirty paan masala while dealing with customers.

So we had picked up u haul truck at 5:30 pm and our time was between 5 pm to 9 pm but u haul agency person from location said we are about to close shop at 8 pm so you can drop it off tomorrow morning at 11 am when shop will open . So we were at 11:05 at the shop to return the u haul truck but at that time he said you have to pay double you kept it whole night ! So we didn’t even needed after 9 pm its their problem they didn’t wanted to stay there till 9 pm so he offered us to keep the charges till 9 pm and requested us to understand his problem . But they suddenly changed in the morning so this was totally unnecessary charges we have paid double for what we didn’t even wanted we are about to return it at 9 pm . So i want you to resolve this charges or refund .

0 customer service, usually every time they call and confirm reservation but this location did not call . I reserved appliance dolly but they did not provide and did not informed. I book dolly again and drive 15km because of this location careless people. This location did not allow authorized driver to drive truck .

The worker does not speak English, he called his boss to translate but it did nothing. A customer waiting in line who speaks the same language had to translate. My reservation was 11-5 but I didn’t leave the place until 11:45. The dolly I rented wasn’t in the U-Haul so I had to drive back wasting more time. It was frustrating and I will never use this location again.

The cab was clean but the cube was dirty also the previous renter did not bring it quite full (gas)

Punctuality. We schedule for 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Shop person came by exact 11:00 am exact and then after he took half an hour to release vehicle. So we started by 11:30 am return like 1:15. pm. Though, He charged us for extra time just he delayed process of release vehicle.

I booked a 10’ truck from Uhaul .when i went to the location to pick Uhaul, it was not there and they only had a Van at that moment. It was not clean and was smelly. I was charged $25 as cleaning charge. I dont agree with this charge and deserves to be refunded.

They took a long time. I did the online check in but they asked for all those information again and had to re upload the photos when I got there. Also he was chatting with someone while processing my request which was unprofessional

The haste I faced here I never ever recommend anyone. I have to pay $165 just because the location’s parking lot was not cleaned and the truck stuck there . I have to call the tow truck. The location dealer just didn’t even come out to see the problem even it’s his mistake.

I found the gentleman here to be quite friendly, customer service was good. When returning, use the app/website to upload pics and mileage. Very seamless process. Charges easy to follow and aligned with what was quoted online. Truck is in miles (so give estimated mileage in miles)

There was a black ice at the site and uhaul got slipped and damaged a car’s bumper . Car was chevrolet cruze (CPX-9625)

U Haul should get more or other locations in the area Amber Paan guy is not cooperative and respectful towards U-Haul costumer at all He is manipulative and tries to get bribed for availability of the truck Extremely rude Language and No english skills I would not take truck from this location again

There are some tricky scams going on in this store. Truck runs in miles, however the store charges in kilometres. It makes no sense. U haul look into this.

I went in and he straight up said NO I CANNOT TAKE THE EQUIPMENT. Call customer service and tell them I am saying no.

We scheduled to pick up the truck at 11 and the store was closed so we had to wait until 12 to finally get the truck after calling the owner and speaking with u-haul, We finally get the Truck and it was DISGUSTING! Food crumbs trash everywhere the steering wheel was sticky! The passengers side window part was broken off so we couldn’t even open the window! Horrible! The only reason we proceeded with the Rental is because we were on at time crunch and were already a hour behind! I will not be returning to this location. Terrible experience.

1. The location was not opened early. I U-Haul sent me appointment for 10am, location did not open till around 12 2. The Equipment had a bad tire, the side mirror was broken, and after about 30 minutes drive the Coolant was leaking 3. I got another truck from another location 5 hours behind schedule for my trip 4. This was not a good first experience with U-Haul, I missed 2 days of work shift because U-Haul disrupted my travel plans.

Better communication between call centre and pick up location. I had to drive all the way from okotoks when I originally booked okotoks location. I was told I would be compensated for my troubles. I wasn't. I still ended up paying for an extra 50 klms that I shouldn't of had to pay gas for considering it was not my fault the call centre couldn't not get me a truck at my original booked location

I was the asking the man over there, he is not helping and also did not want me to drop the trailer. He gave me a bad attitude. He is not helping. Plus the location is looking something else not a U-haul.

The rep came out to us and did not want to accept the return of the trailer that we rented with the truck in Vancouver Island. He said he wasn’t authorized to take trailers. We argued with him but when we told him we were going to call customer service he changed his tune. To his credit he informed us they we have been drastically overcharged on the trailer rental. We would appreciate someone looking into the charges and getting in touch with us to confirm what they should have been for both the truck and trailer.

After 2 hours of confusion ( he did not want to give us a truck, due to us not having a third P phone number) it was very bizarre we have never experienced anything like this with Uhaul. Our first reservation at Gmart did not show up for our pick up, the second place hassled us after we were directed by Uhaul to go there and because of all of this our move was delayed nearly 3 hours because we had to wait for another elevator slot. It was the worst day , and we were given a truck with no gas on top of everything. Very very upsetting .
