LAVONDA CThe gas was on empty, I order a dolly never got it. The app wouldn't sign on which made us a hour late, and I was 30 mins early.
michael bNot a great location, not kept well. I did the app check-in only to be told to go talk to someone at the front desk. There was no employee on sight so I had to call a number only to be told they would be there in 15-20 minutes. Overall it took 35 minutes to get the truck. (Poor cellular reception was part of the issue).They also didn’t have any appliance dolly even though I requested it. They did remove it from my bill.
Caleb MThis place was a complete disaster from the start. The location is an empty gravel lot surrounded by overgrown weeds, right next to an Interstellar, incredibly creepy vibes. On top of that, the customer service was atrocious. The woman at the front desk was shockingly rude, with a condescending attitude that made the experience even worse

TORIS CWhile I went to pick up the truck at night because it was the best time for my schedule (never again), I didn't know that I had to finish the sign up process through the app. I was standing outside alone in the dark trying to finish the sign up process after it had just rained. I had to keep retaking my picture and it took over 40 minutes to finally get the truck. The pick up area is really sketchy and I felt unsafe even though I actually live down the street from the location! I would tell customers to pick up in the day time ONLY! The only upside was the woman in charge spoke to me on the phone and tried her best to help out.

Kailyn DWe secured our reservation online and were set for an 0830 pick up. We had to wait 1.5 hours until someone showed up to the rental location to get the truck. Very poor customer service.
John MThe trailer is peeling vinyl on all sides. Reservations are confirmed, but not actually available upon arrival. The signage outside is terrible, you don't know where to go, to meet with staff. When I found them, they are chain smoking in a small office that you have to walk into to speak with them. Terrible for allergies and people that care about their lives. The employee's have zero customer service skills and act as if you are a problem, not a customer. We will not return to this location.

AGUSTUS CMy truck was supposed to be picked up at 830am. We arrived 15 mins early. The owner didn’t show up to 915am which delayed my move.

MELFIELD CTell the person working to not act like they are high on something, and to not argue in front of customers with another employee, a walk around the vehicle was never done just given keys and said it's out there just confirm plate number! My son had to take picture of gas that was in the truck for return
Ken PThe reason for my 'above average' rating is that the individual at the drop off location was uninformed that I had been given an extra day to drop off my truck for free. This probably had more to do with corporate than this particular drop off location. I was charged a late fee for an extra day at that location. Later in the week I called corporate to request that I be reimbursed because my dropping the truck off a day late was at U-Haul's invitation. A few weeks later I received the reimbursement. Overall, the moving experience was quite good and the invitation to pick the truck up early and drop it off later was extremely helpful. If there had not been the confusion at the end it would have been perfect.

Guillerno BVery pleasant and easy going rental experience. Very nice, courteous clerk. This garden pond center is the most beautiful truck rental spot you’ll ever find. Much better than a busy, noisy gas station. Waterfalls, fountains, beautiful plants and courteous smiling service is probably the best truck rental experience I’ve ever seen.
