I was not able to pick up the truck from the location i booked at it first. This caused me to drive extra miles than i planned. Plus the location i picked up from was a new location I believe Jason local manager been there the staff would have struggled to process my rental. I did at least get a discount per mile to help off set my rental. So even there were things to improve my experience it was still not as smooth as it could have been.
