Getting the key from the kiosk box takes a bit of time. I miss the days when a person gave you the keys. Otherwise all went well.

Stephen MJust a few observations -Let customers know to allow time to check in with mobile app about 20 minutes before pick up and returning . First time user on the app. It was a learning experience. Also challenging to get the key out of lock box. Didn't know there was a little door flap to open. I had to get help. Thank you
