The return process was awful. No personnel on site, no one answered the phone. Inadequate parking. This location is an embarrassment to your organization.

I requested and paid for 2 dollies and they weren’t in the truck and there was NO ONE to talk to so it could be resolved. We had to drive 5 miles in the other direction to try to get them. That store was out so I had to buy 2 dollies. The man at the 2nd location was great
