The U-Haul did not have any gas. It was on empty, I had to stop to put gas.

PAMELA TThe location parking was minimal, but the man that assisted me was very pleasant to deal with and cordial. Only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the parking being so minimal and one way streets. Driving a larger vehicle with a trailer was challenging enough for someone who was unfamiliar with it and those minor things amplified that for me.

STEPHANIE GNo issues with 15' truck - the gear shifter was a bit clunky but otherwise good. Pick-up was scheduled for 10am but staff opened store sometime after 10:15am. Reservation was made through the app, provided all info, only for the staff to go through the whole process again which took at least another 15 minutes. The store mentioned that people steal from the gas tank so the tank had no fuel, however, he put 1/4 fuel tank in the rental form and I had go through an extra step to submit picture that gas tank was empty.

Charlotte BThe owner locked the keys in the truck before I got there and I had to wait an hour and a half just for the truck to be unlocked. There was nothing done to make this right. I also rented a tow dolly and the person had no knowledge of how I could hook it up and was not helpful.

He went out of his way to come and take the truck since there was no drop off even though I had to drop off it was in the smack dab heart of the ghetto so a little unsavory side of town but the gentleman was really nice. He was very very nice and he helped us check out at 9 PM. He came from his home just to pick up the keys and to take it in the gated facility.

Deborah BDrop off had a few snags, but overall was acceptable. Isaac in Stockton provided excellent customer service. The ‘lot’ was a small caged area jammed with vehicles with the driveway blocked. Free street parking was only available on an adjacent street a block away. Isaac, the local rep, actually ran over to me to help and took care of parking vehicle. He had some challenges with the app but had me checked in within a few minutes. He was very customer focused.

william kThe Uhaul was closed on Sunday and did not open until 10:20 AM on Monday. The sign and website says it opens at 10:00 AM. We did not need the truck on the second day but could not return it because they were not open.
Karen WSchedule return time on the contract stated opening from 7am-7pm but opened at 10am.we went there at 7am , nobody was there,then went again at 10am before someone was there to take the key .No provision made where to return the key incase nobody is there in person.
KETTY UI request the truck for 6 hours when I reserve it and the guy that rented me the truck shortened it to 5 hours. The guys was mad at me because I didn’t run the truck thru the car wash before I brought it back but I did rinse it off with the hose. And he also said I drove the truck over 70 miles when I think I did I only did about 50 and the estimate was around 60 dollars but I had to pay over 100

ELSA HA little hard to sneak into the back parking lot to drop it off, but the business owner who took my rental back after the long trip was very friendly and had a wonderful selection of trucks to rent if you are looking! I would highly recommend this location if you’re out of luck elsewhere.

James TI was promised i can return the truck 24/7 at any time, turns out, this specific location does not have a drop box and the parking lot is locked during non business hours, leading to me having to pay for street parking in hope no one would tow the truck. Too much inconvinience. Customer service was of no help and was rude.
