I rented a car dolly from this UHaul location twice in a week. I took my little front wheel drive car to the shop then rented again to go get it. The trailer was absolutely perfect. The dolly costs less than a car trailer and weighs less so I spend less on gas. If possible I like to use the dolly because it doesn’t block the doors requiring I keep a window down when towing. Overall a win/win. The staff at this location is especially helpful even when things don’t go well. I lost my tag off my truck and had to go get a replacement leaving them mid-rental - but they were very kind. I even left one trailer right in the middle of the parking lot upon return but they generously understood my backing limitations. Definitely recommend this U-Haul location. All the equipment is well maintained and in perfect working order so I could rent the exact item I preferred. The location is right next to the highway. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d leave more stars if this system would let me.

I went to the location to get the vehicle. When I called to extend the day, I was told that my rental was canceled. I told them I was in the rental. The lady at the main office asked me when do I want to return it. I told her the next day at 6. I got a high ridiculous bill.
sharon mCharged me extra for gas saying I went over my.miles and I had no other choice but to get it from the location I did and the drop off was so far away that was an extra mileage added up too so why should I have to pay extra for y'all mistake

STEVEN BI rented a uhaul on a Friday at 309 Called Saturday and added one more day. Which make it Saturday 309 return. This location is closed on Sunday. They charged for 3 days I returned the truck Monday morning at 7 am I rented uhauls 10! Years straight . If I knew they would have charged for a full day I would have kept it until 3. I know rules are rules. That’s why will continue to deal with my regular uhaul agents The woman is not knowledgeable at all about uhaul

Keytahnie JThe initial location was closed, and we had to rent the equipment from another location, which was handled in an excellent fashion by customer service. But if a location is not open on the date the equipment is needed, one shouldn't be able to reserve it there. It should be made unavailable on the site.

charles kThe location personnel were awesome. They simply couldn’t have been more helpful. The trailer was not clean, but a big storm was approaching, so perhaps they didn’t notice. I certainly didn’t. I just wanted to get the transaction finished and get started home before the storm hit.
