Loaded car back tires damn near flat out air in loaded the car again same thing. Called was told to go to nearest location Lynwood then given a hard time told to call roadside went to a shop said tires needed to be resealed wanted me to wait already paid a tow truck driver. Want a refund guy in Lynwood put a promise note on it thanks to Lynwood I will only use Lynwood never had any issues there.

The customer service was good at this location even though the auto transport I rented had a flat tire. He did fix the problem right away and was very friendly and apologetic . What I did not appreciate was that I had reserved the trailer at a location in Arlington where I live and the day before I had to pick it up, I received a message stating that the pickup location changed to Mt. Vernon, which is 22 miles away from my residence and in the wrong direction of where I was going. So I ended up having to drive an extra 88 miles and spend an extra hour and a half of my time to pick up the trailer. I asked if I could get a discount for the huge inconvenience and was told no, that he was not able to do that because I reserved the trailer online. I feel like I should have received a discount due to the inconvenience.

robert hSo, Jose is a great guy, but he needs to ask "are you using it local or going on a trip" rather than 'where are you taking it?" Also its a mechanics garage packed with vehicles and hard to get into and out of. So as far as pick up and return it was brutal and I felt like I had to manage the situation at both pick up and return
Randy LThis was the worst junkyard I've ever seen, There wasn't an office he used the top of a car. The inside of the building was far worse then the outside garbage everywhere. The was a dog lockes up im a kennel crying the entire time. My husband, who had to help him put the trailer on the truck, ruined his shirt with grease. I would never ever go back.
Torri EThe location had an extremely seedy vibe and I felt very uncomfortable there. The person was not onsite when I went to pick up the truck and it took him 30 minutes to arrive. He was very friendly but my overall experience was very poor. In addition, I had to drive 12 extra miles to pick up (25 round trip) which I was charged for. I will be using a different truck rental company in the future.
CHRISTINA CThis place is a hole in the wall of a rental place. The truck was far from being cleaned and did not have a fuel tank of fuel. He did have the truck a day early then planned which was great. So we were able to be packed up on Thursday, which was great seeing as it rained both Friday and Saturday. The truck was great coming across the country to Alabama. We had no problem at all.
David SVery friendly and helpful the truck was over reserved no fault of his and he got on the phone and cleared everything up for us and helped add a trailer and we where on our way !! Super happy 😄

Jerome SThe contact at this location (Tony I believe) was great however the Uhaul person he called about doing the check-out process was not! That person did not explain things correctly at all. All she told me to do was to watch the video which I did and then the contact at the site took photos of my ID that I had already uploaded to the Uhaul site when I reserved the truck. We did a walk thru around the truck noting damage and I took my own pictures for proof. Gave me the keys and off we went at 10:30am on Sat 3/23. At 1:25pm Uhaul called me about me cancelling my reservation which I proceeded to tell them that it was not cancelled and I was sitting in that uhaul truck in Sedro Woolley. They then sent me a link to do the actual check-in process which the original person from uhaul did not give to myself or Tony when I picked it up. Then when I returned the truck in Kenmore the system showed I was to return the truck at 1:25pm on Sat 3/23 which was absolutely wrong as that is the time they FINALLY did the correct check-in process. My return was to be on Sun 3/24 and I returned it early! I have never been so frustrated with how this whole process went. Sincerely doubt I will EVER use Uhaul again. Was very stressful and a big cluster! I was already stressed having to move a family member in the rain and then all of this hoopla just made things so much worse. The rating above is Above Average for Tony the guy who tried to help with the check-out. The rate for the person on the phone from Uhaul is one star POOR!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE to use Uhaul at this point in time.
