I made sure to reserve my uhaul way ahead of time, yet! I get to the Milford CT pickup location ( these men were very nice), the uhaul literally had no gas and a transmission problem, it drove horrible. Also I requested two Dolly's at the time of reservation! No Dolly's, not even one. Until I found out someone from the orange location had there hand in this. It's funny I was straight disrespected. Yet I still made it, the truck on the highway horrible. The drop off location, he over charged me for my 10" truck and asked me did I clean the truck. The next day, I dropped it off no receipt. Nothing, overcharged. I was supposed too get a refund for Thursday 10 truck. He did something wrong and the location it's beat down. Thanks a lot for making this easier. Who owns uhaul, I think they should no that Friday truck or pickup should have never happened. I also spent over a G in two days. FRIDAY WAS NO ACCIDENT, IT WAS PERSONAL! I DID MY RESERVATION IN PLENTY OF TIME, YET ORANGE LOCATION STILL PULLED THIS. THE MAN SAID THE TRUCK GOT DROPPED OFF ON TUESDAY, YOU MEAN TO TELL ME FROM TUESDAY TO FRIDAY THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE AND MADE MY RESERVATION A MONTH PREVIOUS. YEAH OKAY. WTF!! I WILL BE EMAILING YOUR OWNER SO HE CAN LOOK INTO WHO RUNNING HIS COMPANY
