There was nothing indicating it was behind the building in the back alley. The app is incredibly slow. I don’t know why you can’t check in/ start the verification process any sooner. You also didn’t make clear that we would need a passport/lease agreement. Also the equipment I paid for and expected to be there was not, causing further delays in my process
