The staff at this location were wonderful and friendly and super helpful. What was not wonderful is Uhaul's reservation system and app itself. I cannot fathom why I was able to reserve moving equipment (hand truck, furniture dollies, and moving blankets) that were not even available at this location. When I tried to call the number on my reservation for help, I was transferred to three different corporate places and spend over an hour on the phone explaining the same dilemma and nobody was capable of helping, at all. Uhaul's automated phone system is AWFUL, frustrating and of NO help. The truck was and clean and worked well, but I cannot empasize enough the poorly managed

Stephanie GThey gave me a van that was only to go one way but put it as a two way and cargo vans don’t go out of town the lady that did Reservation was NO and her manager when he redid the reservation was not so nice I paid 116.00 and then for mileage as well ended up being charged twice then having payment reversed recharged when I told him that I didn’t have enough money they told me I have to return the van and I was already on the road so I had to make other recommendations to call Friend and Family for money or I would’ve had to return the van even though this is their mess up which I know you have to pay for what you did that was just lack of communication and lack of training for the new employee never had this problem outta uhaul very uncomfortable and Unsatisfactory experience.
