When I got to my destination I was unable to return the U-Haul at that facility even though it had a dropbox for the key and all the other outside key pick up but was unable to leave it at that location and had to drive 14 more miles out-of-the-way to find a U-Haul location. I was not able to reset anything on my app so I could even attempt to ask if I could leave the truck at this specific location because of us being crunched for time. I just don't understand why I could not leave it where I have a storage building that also returned and picked up U-Haulâ€˜s very inconvenient after a long day of moving And the white time to speak to someone was 30 minutes on the phone to ask a question about dropping it off .Bethany V.

We did not receive a dolly, but paid for it, we were charged for not returning it. It should be required that someone check this when doing the mobile pickup since someone isn't manually checking you in.Jeremiah B.
I paid for my uhaul and was charged. I think everything is fine. Now 2 weeks later my card gets charged an extra $45. Be ware and double check your charges.MARCY L.

The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas in it. I expressed this information to the front desk when I picked the tuck up. I then return the truck within 24hrs at 12 noon on the next day. I also was asked to return the truck to a different location apon the employee requested. I was charged for gas and 2 day rental when I only had the truck for 24hrs. I will dispute charges with my bank I will also be posting on each Google review for BOTH locations. I will report credit card fraud!Sarah B.

Staff was very unhelpful and was useless when it came to the trailer. She put the wrong drop off location, causing me a lot of extra gas and making double trips to drop the trailer off. She also did not check the trailer lights, nor did she check my truck or anything in regards of what the previous place did when I picked up the previous trailer. Shut this place down as a Uhaul location!Isaiah B.

Actually make the check-in process easier. It took us close to an hour to complete the check-in due to not being able to use my phone to do so. The issues were not with the location services on my phone either. I had to wait, on hold, two different times while trying to resolve the situation. Once the check-in finally went through, I was notified I still had to have the truck returned by 6:00pm even though I lost a complete hour. Another improvement would be to actually have the requested items in the truck at the time of rental. I requested an order of 10 moving pads and was charged for those pads; however, the pads were no where to be found. The remote online check-in is not that great in my opinion. I most likely will not be using Uhaul in the future nor will I recommend Uhaul to anyone else. Extremely dissatisfied.Joe F.

have used this location multiple times and its always quick and easy and courteous. I am confused as to why I do the pre check in scan my license etc yet still have to do that at the in person pick up. not just at this location some continue to do it, some say oh great your pre checked in? whats the point for the extra time? thanksSteve W.

The truck was not in good condition at all. There were large pinholes in the roof that allowed for rain to enter the cargo space. This was not identified until reaching the location and having wet cargo. Very disappointed.Michael N.

Uhaul actually sucks !!! We never get our original puck up location. When we went to pick it up they said they didn't have a reservation. It was actually somewhere else. We reserved 2 dollies, which they didn't have for us. Never again. This happened to us back in October 2017, but I thought I'd try one more time and same thing. Never again. You all suck !Darren M.

My whole experience was horrible! It would be nice for the equipment to actual be there. I had to go to another location that was 30 minutes out of the way (when I was told 19 minutes). Then on top of that the customer service attitude was non-chalant and was not empathetic about the situation at all.Chiffon R.
Not charge some one for a full days rental when they return a trailer 8 hours late. I wanted to pick the trailer up at 7pm not before 5pm. We had mechanical problems that is why we arrived back late with the trailer. I was charged for another full day I should get the trailer for a full day for free on the next rental. The previous rental was a complete hassle as well.JASON W.
