Kayla JThe facility was not staffed on a Saturday afternoon. It's just a storage unit facility with no other obvious markings for UHaul, but there were two trailers along a fence so I just dropped my trailer there.
DAVID SI have to ride uhaul different location try to fix it. I told the person at uhaul by thr name of Dan. He told me take it to other uhaul they can fix it. Smh
JESUS RWe had to go find the guy at our 9:00 pick up time. He was not dressed professionally. The office was disgusting and smelly. His dogs were outside barking in a fenced in area. He gave us the keys and told us to match the number on the truck to the keys. We were not told that we needed to get online and confirm the details of the truck. Additionally, my pick-up location was changed the night before pick up on an email that I thought was just confirming my reservation (not good communication). We had to drive to another location to pick up supplies, so we left the truck to go get them first. By the time we returned the office guy was gone. the truck sounded horrible when we started it (we wondered if it was up for our trip), but couldn't talk to anyone. The gentlemen at the Atlas store was very nice and patient. I do not understand why we had to pick up our truck at a different location as they had many of the same trucks at this facility. We were supposed to get a refund (reversal) for $223 (which we have not received yet - (7 days later). Overall this was a very, very poor experience. It is not a good practice to give people moving trucks without a full tank of gas - moving is stressful enough without U-Haul doing their best to make it more cumbersome.
BRETT SI’m actually very upset with U-Haul itself for the way I was treated that night and it’s not this facilities’s fault. So I don’t want to give them a poor rating, but it needs to be known that I was not treated well by the company U-Haul. They made a lot of promises that were all broken, and it completely ruined my move. I need to be compensated somehow someway.
Michael JWe were a little early to pick up and had to wait for someone to arrive to help us. They were very friendly and helpful.
JERRY SWe were disappointed that we had to return the truck to this location instead of one that was much closer to us. Not only was it more than 5 miles away it was tucked back up on a dead end road and was kind of hard to get to. The man that helped us was nice but simply took the keys without checking the vehicle and said he’d check it in within the next 15 minutes and send us a receipt and he did. There were no issues. I wish you offered more flexibility with the drop off location. However when I called to ask about dropping off at a closer location I was told it needed to be dropped off at the location assigned.
Cynthia TNobody was here to confirm my dropoff and when I knocked on the door I was barked at by dogs until I decided to just leave and call the 1-800 number.
Aidan LI used the trailer to move someone to Madison. I called the place to tell them , we still have to unload the trailer. He told me they would be closed by then but he also told me when finished, just drop it off by the other trailers by the fence. We found the place and dropped the trailer off. No problems. Had a great experience with U-Haul.

Jamie EInstruct customers about the mobile checkout when they return the truck. (taking a video upon return) Loading ramp on truck was way too short and steep. Have rented other trucks and they all had longer ramps- which made it much easier for loading. Otherwise- was a good price.
Gregory SCalled to let know I was gonna be late returning truck. No answer after multiple calls. Now U-Haul wants to supposedly charge me over $300 for the extra day which is supposed to be $40. I understand other families will be inconvenienced but that’s not my problem as a customer. These things are to be an understood risk. My truck was picked up at a further location because they didn’t want to transport the equipment to my initial chosen location. Redirected on phone multiple times spoke like they didn’t work there. Told my sister to avoid using you when she moves this month. first and last time using this company. Farewell.
Jase YWas missing part of my order, no one was there to help at 10:00 am, the truck was on the other side of the lot. The only part of my order that was present was the bare minimum.
Gregory RWhen the app did not work, it took a half hour phone call to do everything just to drop it off. Drop off box for the key was also very strangely placed and hard to find.
Allison WThis is a storage facility that apparently rents UHauls on the side. I'm new to the area and thought that this was a different UHaul location that I've used before and was happy with. There was no one available so I did my drop-off using the app. There was one other small UHaul trailer and a small truck in front and a sign by the road. There didn't appear to be any security for the trailers to prevent theft. It's clearly not a volume facility. There are other larger stores nearby with significantly better facilities.
GREGORY MI dropped the trailer off at 0845 on 9/2, which was the planned return date, but when the receipt processed, they said I dropped it off at 0758 on 9/3, so I was charged a $20 fee for returning the trailer late/after hours. I got the charged reversed, but it was inconvenient.
Michael JThis was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. First when I show up to my reservation that one had since July 3rd, the key in the lock box isn’t there, and then when I call support, they pretty much say there’s nothing I can do about it and now have to settle for a van which is NOT the truck I needed. I needed to move on August 1st so I needed a 20” truck for the 31st and 1st but I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. Then they still charge me for it and I can’t do anything about it. This whole station has made me very outraged over this kind of service.
Jeremyah WThe equipment I had ordered was not in the truck. Had to go to a different location once they opened and pay for equipment there, and it wasn’t the equipment we had ordered because they did not have what we wanted available. The process took an extra hour and 45 minutes, and the equipment substitute was awkward and bulky. Will use an entirely different company next time and will not recommend U-Haul to friends and family.
