Everything at first was difficult. This was my first time renting a u-haul and I originally made a reservation for a pick up at 8:00am but there was a nation wide internet issue so I was relocated to a different area which is American Muffler and this area had no idea how the u haul works so I had to call dispatch AGAIN and finally used my u-haul app to do everything and finally got into my rental and that was at 8:45am when everything finally worked. I was a bit upset because I was late moving things. But besides that, I was very satisfied with American Muffler, not so much traffic and was great! A great location for renting U-hauls! I will definitely use this location again. That’s for sure since I know how to use the app and how to rent a U-haul.
