With the 6’x12’ trailers, a trailer jack would be useful due to the weight of the trailer, as it takes two people the hook the trailer onto the trailer ball.

Tina PWe had a reservation and when we arrived, the staff told us that they were too busy, to please go to another address to pick up. When we arrived there, that location didn't have the cargo trailer that we reserved. Had to go BACK to the original location. Poor service. Too busy to take care of a customer? Unbelievable.
Deborah MTruck was empty and dirty in the cab when I picked it up. Barely had enough gas to make it to a gas station.
BOYD SThe truck was parked in mud. Had to get pulled out. Fortunately there was a nice young man on-site that did not work for uhaul helped. The truck was clean but smelled overwhelming like urine. Had to deodorize ourselves overnight or would have been unbearable for 12 hour trip!!! Also, truck leaked as it rained causing items to get wet. Not fun having wet boxes and having to unpack and carry items up 2 flights of stairs individually!😰
