My storage unit was broken into, apparently mine was the only one. A 5x5 in section E 36 When notified by the manager at 8 AM that it had ben broken into, she informs me the the LATCH was broken, not my disc lock which was found inside the unit. Her words were "it is out of my hands" when I asked if the unit would be secured before closing time. My unit was located on the end of the breezeway, and apparently the police officer could not get clear video of the thieves. I am now being charged a late fee and the amount for Sept 3-Oct 3. I will not pay this. I moved out on Sept 2. I notified the manager that day. I lost over $5000 in irreplaceable items. I think I can and should be waived the fee for not giving 30 days notice. The truck was too expensive when compared to a one way ride for the mileage there was no extended miles discount which was disappointing. There is no place to install a car seat in the truck eitherSanthosh P.
My piedmont location was cancelled and the person calling to reroute me didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. Your system went down so I had to die everything over again. I'm concerned I'll get charged twice . The lady at nw 63 was incredible. She's the best professional and should train your new employees and the short girl in the edmond ( outside , not the desk girl) Store was exceptionally friendly and helpful. These were the best 2 uhaul employees ever. They need recognition for making moving a little better!Julia J.
