Roger DI think Mr. Sullivan got stuck with a bad truck. It didn't sound right and we've never spent so much in gas. Might check on that. Mr Sullivan was so kind to us! We had a VERY VERY DIFFICULT TIME MAKING THIS RESERVATION. I was VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET with your customer service operator. I had to repeat myself SEVERAL times and she STILL GOT IT WRONG! Ashley in Trafficking fixed one problem for us and we are VERY THANKFUL. Mr. Sullivan gave us more days (which we ended up needing) and more miles. His professionalism and kindness made a horrible reservation process much better. We will be needing another truck in a few weeks and wish we could order directly from him! I am still very upset. This move cost a lot in money, gas and stress because your customer service person was unable to comprehend anything I told her. 6 phone calls had to be made. Mr. Sullivan had to make 2 phone calls to Trafficking when his computer went down and the lady who helped him was RUDE and it was completely unnecessary! I'd like to talk to a manager about returning some of our money because of a crappy experience!!!!

JESSICA TGene, as a person I can't say enough. As a Soldier I can see the vetran in him. Prepared, has equipment ready, and attentive. I rented a two wheel dolly, he advised the auto transport. I insisted on the two wheel car dolly. It didn't work, over the phone I spoke to him. Came back, and it wasn't the dolly or Gene, it was my JEEP. Even with all that and my personal problems frustrating me. Gene put me at ease, he had the AT trailer ready, he even helped jump my Jeep with his personal vehicle, made sure everything was tight and right. Worked hard to take care of me. I don't know what you are paying that man or incentive to do what he does. That is an awesome U-Haul experience. Just like when I was kid moving with my father. Thank you Gene, I will never forget such a wonderful and kind hearted man. I would recommend, storage, U-Haul, if that sold ice cream, I would recommend it! Great guy, great service. I can't say enough! Even made me promise to call when I got here to let him know I was okay. That is customer service, that is U-HAUL!!!

FANTASTIC location to rent from!! I cannot recommend using Gene at American Self Storage enough! He was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. He definitely made our experience stress free and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.

BECKY HIt is a very minor thing, but there were a few zip ties left attached to the rails when we picked up the trailer.
DAVID Cthe drop off location was exceptional very friendly. my pick up location messed up on my paper work and gave me the wrong truck but the gentlemen at the drop off location was more than helpful with me to get the problem resolved.
