Radiator light came on as soon as I drove away. I returned and they claimed they had checked the light and there was no problem. When I insisted, they opened the hood and I saw that the antifreeze reservoir looked empty. So the man filled it with straight water until it overflowed. He went over the full line and also did not add antifreeze. He then told me the light was faulty.

Excellent customer service representatives. Helpful from my initial contact with Sherrie Ingram to my final visit for picking up my truck. It was the customer service I received that made me use this particular UHaul location, not the distance.

Kind and friendly staff at American self storage in spring lake area NC. We dropped off trucks without any headaches and even had some furniture that wouldn't fit in new location. Well guess what they also have a thrift store and we were able to donate a recliner that just wouldn't fit. So much easier than trying to do a yard sale or anything along those lines. Great friendly people there.

Again same as the last review if this is listed as a 24 hour drop off then it should be. Not a gated area that I need to call an emergency number to get an attitude to then get into.

This is listed as a 24 hr drop off. However, it is gated with no way in except to call the emergency number. The gentlemen seemed a bit annoyed I had called and asked if I could come back in the morning. After explaining I could not and seeing that he needed the truck he reluctantly gave me the code to enter. If it is listed as a 24 hr drop off then it should be easy to do so.

I drove from 1121 pine knoll sr spring lake nc 28390 to 50 starlifter st fort bragg nc 28307 twice and the charge me $82.31 + $25.00 for gas. They said that I drove 76.7 miles. How is that many miles in a small/short trip? Also I'm military and I work a lot for my money and I hate companies that take advantage of people like us. If you guys really want to improve please don't do that shit.

this location smelled so smoky until I held my breath until I almost passed out. also I was given a appliance dolly that had the wrong serial number...the truck had crayon marking on floor and employee was like all good and signed his name stating that....Bottom line that office needed to be re-built....however the personnel were nice....just the smoke made experience bad

It's was a great experience with this being my first uhaul rental!

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Here is a quick run down of what happened: - My equipment I reserved was not available, and I was informed the night before. Just a non-nonchalant call that I had to change all my plans. Oh yes, I was getting out of the Army the next morning. - Instead of the appliance dolly I was given the regular dolly. No biggie, it was super easy to move a giant futon by myself with that tiny dolly. - The truck broke down about 100 miles into the trip. When I called U-Haul the person on the phone suggested I turn around and drive 100 miles back to where I came from to repair it. Great suggestion. - When I drove my car to the local U-Haul repair shop I had to wait almost three hours until I could change vans. ALSO the van I changed to was right there, sitting in the parking lot, but I could not get it. This was because some manager had to call someone so something could happen so I could get an emergency switch. The process took forever. - I had to unload a full van and load another one because the first one broke down. The first one had 6k miles, so clearly there were some issues. Overall, never using U-Haul again.
