Nothing to do with the actual location as much as the application and your process. I asked for a pick up location on purpose. I was told later they moved me to another location, which was already inconvenient. We were late and guess what, your app does not work if you are late. However, the app does not tell you why you can not pick up the vehicle, it just keeps giving you an error until you are forced to call support. Support was able to help me, but what a pain and what a waste of time. Rather than getting out on the road quickly, we spent over an hour trying to figure out your application and then working with support. May I make a suggestion, make your application user friendly. If I am picking up a vehicle, have a "Pick up Vehicle" button for me to press, that works, or provides a reason why it does not work.
Randy BThe truck was dirty on the inside as well as the outside. There was water standing on the floor when I picked up the truck. The 24/7 was to pick nice way to pick up but if no one ever cleans the truck the what's the use.
James TThe pick up was horrible. We waited for an hour to get a response so we could access the keys. The code for the lockbox was not supplied through the app at pick up.
Ashli IThis location scammed me out of gas money. We returned the rental with the same amount of gas that we left with, and confirmed with photos. It was closed out, but I later noticed I was charged for 2 days instead of 1. When I called to receive a refund, somehow a random gas charge was added. This place is a scam!!!
SirRyan DMy pick up point was changed to an manned this site. Wasn't sure what to do once I got there. Finally got the keys and discovered that the extra equipment l requested wasn't there…no one there to help. I filled out the information on the u-haul app. The agent at the location where I turned the truck In was very helpful and said that the computer showed the shortage be I was still charged. She said that my account should be reimbursed. Nothing yet.

TOM BIt took me awhile to figure out that nobody was coming to let me in, lol. I finally figured it out and took the pictures but had to leave the rented dolly in the back unattended.

Chad HThis location is not the problem. I was told to be there before 1:30 as they close. There is no office it’s a virtual/app pickup. I had requested furniture pads and an appliance dolly. I had to get those costs refunded and then spend an hour finding an appliance dolly to rent. I don’t like transacting vehicle rentals over an app. I wanted to pick up and drop off with human beings.

Paula BIf I can give these people who own this business a -5 I would. I rented two units and because I complained about the constant smell of marijuana from one of their family members, the harassing started. And even though my payment for both units was set on auto pay each month, they proceeded to put extra locks on one of my units as if I didn't pay....not once but twice then had nerve to laugh about it when I complained and also got smart offering me to leave.....well I am gone now and with pleasure! The owners may be quick to rent out those units to someone else, but I am so glad it is not my money they are ungratefully taking.

Jennifer M | Overall ExperienceDid the mobile checkout using your phone for the first time. The process took almost an hour. I would advise anyone to avoid the mobile checkout, it takes way too long. I've used U-HAUL many times over the years and there is always damage to the truck that is not marked with the little Circle-X sticker. Way too hard to catch all of these even with multiple shots from all four sides. My truck was on empty, barely made it to the gas station and the cab floor was muddy. If the truck isn't clean, mobile checkout doesn't give you an option to clean or correct the problem. It just becomes your problem. Overall the truck worked fine, but I won't use mobile checkout again.
