Your website indicated a panel van was large enough for a queen bed / one bedroom apartment. Well it turns out you cannot put a queen bed horizontally in the van that it caused me to take two trips pay additional fees and have plenty of aggravation I was very disappointed. I have pictures to show if you would like to do the right thing you should credit me approximately $40 for the extra miles and gas

please make the key drop box very obvious. I returned the vehicle after the location had closed, followed the online mobile instructions for a virtual return check in which those were great, but could not find the key drop box. I had to use the payment drop box. Key slid to the floor.

Put more than 1/8 of gas In the vehicle and check to see how absolutely disgusting other people can leave vehicles ; and property clean them especially during these times.

The reservation process was seamless. But when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I had to submit my information, credit card, Drivers Licence picture etc. once again.The clerk had difficulty sending a link to my phone & had to call an off duty manager. I would have thought the computer would have saved this info & pick up should have been easy. It took me 30 minutes to get keys. Then the clerk threatened to cancel my pick up & send me away because I was frustrated with the process. He just kept saying that this was the way they do things. Not good customer service.

$14,00 for insurance, and $7.00 rental tax, is to high. I only moved a full size bed, within 10mi, and returned it 2 hrs later,if that!! I feel I was way overcharged for the short time I rented the truck. I was only expecting like $43.00 or so. Thank you, Susan

Adora is the nicest and kindest associate at U-Haul on Monroe Rd. I can not remember the man's name that helped me returning the truck, however he is nice too. In a busy town like Charlotte, this office had the feel of a welcoming small town!

Paid $10 more since I booked my UHaul online and they wouldn't give me the lower price. Was told by the receptionist that I couldn't pick up the UHaul earlier, despite it just sitting in the parking lot all morning. Was given a hassle regarding pick up time. Will NEVER rent from them again.

I am extremely upset that I was charged for insurance when I specifically requested none. I also had a hold on my credit card for a different amount that was stated on the invoice. No one could figure out why the different charges occurred.

It was a fast check in had truck waiting and fantastic service. I would highly recommend them and I also used there NEED HELP MOVING..I used Swift Service Men, LLC and they were GREAT Fast, Courteous, Knew what they were doing. Definitely Recommend Them. And you get a credit back from UHaul.

My paperwork failed to show my $100.00 cash deposit over the rental fee's but MS Adora found the paper work that showed i had indeed made that deposit when getting the truck and her deposit that day showed it as well..she is very honest and I appreciate that very much. she said Uhaul will mail me a check for the return Deposit...Thank you Adora..Jerry

After dropping off the ten foot box truck, and dolly (tow) I get a call not even 20 minutes from a guy there who I couldn't understand, demanding that I return there, pick up the truck and trailer, ( mind you, this is at a " uhaul" center) and go across town to drop it off at another location' when there was indeed a uhaul truck there, really? Called the uhaul pick up location in Wilmington, they contacted Charllotte and had it taken care of, this other guy at the drop off location should be fired or removed from there, not professional, not curtious, not kind, not a shred of decency.

Adora was the name of the person who helped me. She was not knowledgeable and her customer service skills were terrible. Wouldn't give me corporate number and refused to give me a storage unit. American Store and lock lost out on business because of this woman.
