Great service. We arrived a little early, but the van was ready to go, and we were able to get our work done quicker than we expected. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The check in process was also extremely fast and efficient. We received our receipt via email and were able to get on with our day. Thank you for such great service.

I had a great experience with this retail shop. I waa impuby how easy it was to reserve the truck and check in. I liked how things are digital so I didn’t have to sign a bunch of paperwork. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just don’t change this location’s folks that work there. The lady that I worked with when picked was awesome as well as the young man at the drop off of that location. Your company should be proud of their service to your customers, GREAT JOB BY THEM BOTH!!! I am very sorry that I can’t give their names but I feel sure you can find out.

Hi! When I went to pick up my truck there was a pending issue that I did not know I had which made the process more difficult. I wish it would’ve told me I had a pending issue once I booked my U-Haul instead of waiting until pickup time. It wasn’t the best experience and I hope that is something that can change. Thank you!

the roof was leaky and luckily what got wet was easily able to dry. But we had items in the truck that could have been damaged beyond repair. the uhaul location was understanding and taking care of the repair.

Kristy was very helpful and professional..the whole process was quick and efficient.. $50 was quite expensive to go just 11 miles..but adding in the $15 insurance for security is something i know I don't have to get next time for such a short trip .. thank you Uhaul for your service today... We rented our U-Haul online to start with and that process was terrible so we went inside at this location and they were very helpful! I recommend this location but don’t recommend ordering online.

This location was AMAZING with accommodating my needs. They were very professional and purposeful. It was a very short notice reservation but it was as if I had made the appointment a long time ago. They worked to ensure that I had what I needed and I appreciate that.

The man who helped me with the rental itself, was very polite and helpful. However, it took longer than I thought to check out the van when I was there right at opening time. I have a small business and had to delay my start time with my client as I was told that the moving blankets I had requested, online, to rent, were not there. This also delayed my start time and was a huge inconvenience as I had to go to Home Depot and buy some for my moving job that day. There is not a lot of turnaround space in your parking area for the large moving vehicles either. That inconvenience will lead me to another UHaul dealer in the future when I need to rent a van for a few hours. You should check on your available supplies before they are reserved online and a customer is dependent on them for a job that day. Thanks

When I arrived, the office was closed. I had to wait 40 minutes for an employee. He said he was at lunch. However, there is no information about lunch on the website. If the office closes for lunch, then you need to write about it on the website so that clients plan their time too.

The place had inadequate staffing. I called several times to speak w/a on site representative but; there was no one on duty. The rental was extended resulting in overcharging of my bill to up0wards of $400.59. The final price was $59.00 over the amount agreed upon with a Monday AM return and a full tank of gas. A $20.00 check in fee should NOT have been added since they were not open for check in and my work hours begin at 8am.

Kim is awesome at getting you what you need! She was flexible with my shifting schedule and worked hard to make it all come together for me. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent, store stuff or buy supplies. They're great!

Used the 24/7 app for a Sunday pick-up. Filled out the "pick up truck" info and entered all the info, the page then reset or did something and I had to do it all over again. After entering all the info a second time, the site went back to the Home Page without giving me my key combo to retrieve truck keys. Then I had to call customer service to get the information. I spent almost 40 minutes just trying to check-out the truck. Then when I got to my moving location and opened the truck, I discovered the ordered utility dolly was not in the truck. This was 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. I could not find anywhere to rent a dolly and had to complete the move without the dolly. Very inconvenient.

Let me start by saying this whole rental process was amazing, both the ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with were absolutely amazing, efficient and just really kind and helpful! I was literally mov8ng my whole house alone, and my head was all over the place But I would definitely use and this location again, they actually care about their customers!

The staff at this location were exceptionally friendly and helpful in setting up my reservation, then providing me with a great rental van. I picked it up the night before I was planning to leave, so I could get an early start, and they easily accommodated me. Return was a breeze. The van itself was clean, got good mileage, drove well, and felt safe on the highway even in rain. I'll be back if I need another rental. The entire experience was great.

I have rented from U-Haul locations numerous times over the past decades, and never had an unclean vehicle. This one was despicable on the inside, and had only 5 miles worth of gas. In a city with numerous stoplights and lots of afternoon traffic, I was in a panic. In addition, the truck was filthy and sticky on the inside. I had to hold my purse in my lap for the drive home until I could clean the vehicle. THANKFULLY the return location was 100% better. Had there been other trucks available at the time I needed it, I would have returned this one unused.

I rented a 10’ truck, unaware that there is no loading ramp (horrible design flaw by the way). I realize that this is my own fault. HOWEVER, when I also rented a dolly, when the woman working there saw this (and we discussed the dolly), it would have been good (read normal) customer service to mention that there was no ramp on the truck. Unfortunately, the employee was too busy talking on the phone and ignoring customers. When I brought this up to her about the truck/dolly as I returned the truck (in hopes that she could help someone else avoid my mistake), she offered no apology and just stared at me blankly. I do NOT recommend this location.

According to my reservation (25683426) I was to pick the truck up right next door to my house. Instead I had to drive 10 miles. This was very inconvenient. Not to mention I left the truck with an extra half a tank of gas and then got charged $40 because I was over on my allotted mileage!!!

The truck was still dirty from prior use! There were French fries on the floor by the seat. I ordered a furniture dolly and it wasn’t in the truck. The store was closed when I got there so I had to move my couch by myself without a dolly !
