Trailer was wedge in behind another trailer and the dumpster. Staff didn’t even help getting it moved out.

ALLEN HFirst of all the uhal booking system allowed to order an after hour pickup on this location and when showed up to do after hours pick up at 10 pm at the facility the app was failing to checkout the vehicle saying equipment unavailable. When contacted uhaul customer service I was told the facility has not prepared for the after checkout. At 11 pm in the night I am given options to pick from another location which 35 mins drive from there. It was an horrible experience as the move was schedule and I have spend my money to cancel the movers and send them home since the uhaul was not available. I lost 400$ the night of 09/4/2025 due to uhaul and locations mistake. Who is going to compensate that for me??

LISA NThis is the location I picked up the uhaul trailer in May and they were great then and great when I returned the one I got from Golden, CO. They were very helpful and made sure I had the correct ball on my hitch. They saw that my electrical connection wasn't working properly and quickly got that fixed. They also made sure that the trailer I was getting was there when I picked it up. He said someone tried to move it to another location but he was able to stop that. This guy was the BEST and deserves a raise.

KENNETH CI was first sent to B&T Tire & Auto Repair, 403 US-202 N Raritan, NJ 08869, to return the truck. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The guy working there put his hand in my face multiple times and interrupted me and basically told me to be quiet. Then he said he has no room and sent me 15 mins away from there to return the truck. Honestly, I don’t think this guy should be working with U-Haul at all. I was also sent to the wrong place twice by U Haul to both pick up and return the truck. Wasted a lot of time and gas because the contract was wrong.

KENNETH CAbout a month ago, I rented the exact same size truck, drove to the same location, and had the exact amount of miles. No changes. This rental was an identical and was told the price increase of ~15%. I felt that this was totally unfair. I could see 5% because of all the economic unsettlement but $118 for the exact same rental is price gouging. Steve however did give me a newer truck and had a better working brake system. My last rental the truck had 116,000 miles and the brakes were subpar, making it a possible hazard.
