I was transferred to three different locations from my original reservation and was still not able to get the truck I originally reserved. When I got to the location a kid answered the door and I was told that no one was there to help me. Had problems with the mobile pick-up as well. The interior of the truck was not clean. The cup holders were sticky, and I found food behind the driver's seat. The was damage to the front bumper and I was not able to send the pictures using the mobile app. I called in the damage and was told that the system was having trouble. I am also perplexed that going from Saginaw TX to Fayetteville Arkansas is about $200 more than going from Arkansas to Saginaw. ?????
