The pick up of this 26’ moving truck was severely complicated by Uhaul’s user construct. I spent nearly 2 hours at one site trying to pick up a truck that was waiting in the parking lot - I was unsuccessful. Uhaul then directed me to a separate location, which was 30 min away and forced me to use their truck share app. Once I finally filled out the profile and was assigned a truck, it was barricaded in behind other trucks, so I was once again moved to another pick up location (this location). The truck was being stored under a bridge, but we were able to pick up. My reservation was for a 1630 pick up, and I didn’t arrive home until 1030 - I lost half the days worth of packing and had to drive to 3 different locations just to pickup. Currently, I have no idea what Uhaul is charging me; I was quoted several prices throughout this experience and Uhaul offered a $50 rebate twice, then customer service called and said they were refunding me $100. I don’t see a pending charge for this experience, so I have no idea what I am being charged, but I am not optimistic.

We were harassed by a homeless person while trying to get the truck. I suppose this comes with the territory but I recommend speed and caution when using this location.
KATHERINE BThis location didn’t have a counter or an actual person to talk to like I requested. They never checked me in which caused me to be over charged. I never signed a contract and was never given instructions for how to return the U-Haul. The U-Haul was less than half a tank when I picked it up and the equipment was thrown in there any kind of way.
