Again my truck was not ready. It got moved to a different location. When I got there to pick it up the location is not even open on a saturday. 2 hours later I had to drive 30min to get a truck at a 3rd location. This is the second time in 3 week that you did this to me.

Bryant JDirt lot, no marked spaces. had I known where I was staying there was a UHaul location next to my hotel, Aloft in Pooler. Your UHaul app was the most frustrating issue of the move. Let me take the picture at a lower resolution. It took so long to send photos, two attempts, that my phone died. Also, if there are no personnel present/after hours, how can I rate them. Hello, McFly! If the radios sound like crap, don't bother buying them.

Waltien MLocation not an issue. Owner of location friendly and helpful. But Uhaul did not provide a dolly, despite my having reserved one weeks ago. This is the 2nd time Uhaul has reserved me a dolly and not provided one. I had the rental fee removed each time, but that still does not make up for the incredible inconvenience of having to find another large dolly locally. How am I supposed to move a washer/ dryer and a truckful of furniture without one? I had to drive an additional 30 miles (adding to my mileage rate) and pay $30 to rent one from Home Depot.

Misty BThere was an hour wait to leave with truck due to a system issue on U-Haul's end. I called customer service at U-Haul for assistance to dispatch truck and was greeted by typical rude customer service individual. I called scheduler at the 866-993-2119 phone number the day before scheduled P/U to confirm appointment. The P/u location was moved to nearly an hour out of my way at the last minute. The woman scheduling was extradentary rude and could not be bothered with my call and quickly transferred me to customer service. Customer service was very polite but not able to help with my issue of new location. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. Rude customer service is unacceptable!!

Ted HStrap was broken on auto transport. Employee at pickup location mentioned that he flagged it with U-Haul and it was supposed to have been replaced. He had a spare strap so I swapped it out myself.
Christopher SUhaul is usually extremely streamlined and efficient. Vehicle had so many insurance claim stickers on it. These vehicles should be for local use only not long distance moves.

JEFFREY HIt took over TWO hours to pick up the truck because the system kept crashing. The owner made it seem as it was an easy system and would have no problem even though he was not going to be there on site. It was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

francis dThe van was dirty inside. It had an alert on the dashboard that the tire pressure was low. And the side mirrors were shaking. We only drove it ten miles, so it was fine. But if I needed it for a long trip, I would have returned it.

brian kIt’s a car shop with cars and car parts everywhere. There is no office just a big nasty open garage with a desk thrown in. When I reserved my uhaul it gives you options to use other equipment. They had NONE of it. The 26ft truck was parked to the side where I had to climb up and over a steep hill to even get to it. It barely had gas in it. When I returned it I possible left something in the cab of the truck however I couldn’t call them because the number listed does not go through. Honestly I should of gotten a smaller uhaul from a different place instead of wanting the biggest and going to the crappiest place.

nils lWhy was I charger $83 and some change for a pick up truck that I only used for 17 hours? Not to mention the $22 of gas I put in it. Over $100 for this service that I didn't even have a full day of using. I thought it was $19.95? It says it even on the side of the truck. Can I please get some of my money back?

Jerome BThe first place I reserved in Savannah Georgia off of Main Street was where I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul truck and trailer, but there was no one there. The time that was listed for my pick up time was during a period when no one was scheduled to be there. They were supposed to be there at 3 PM and still no one showed up. I contacted the U-Haul representative and they directed me to the second location. The individual there was very knowledgeable and professional and assisting me in every possible way to make sure I was set up for success.

John BNo problem with the pick up location but practically the whole time it was uncertain if the equipment would be available and if so, which terminal. I didn't realize with previous experience with UHAUL that your customer service is the worst I have seen. Very few exceptions where anyone accepted responsibility and went out of their way. Talk about the telephone and wait times! Minimum 5 minutes. Not a good experience for the most part

Corey CNo one there. Some guy showed up to work on someone’s car and said I should “online check in”. I did that and showed him my phone. He said “ok you’re good” and never looked at the trailer. I know how to connect trailers, so I knew it was good. I went down the road about a mile and stopped for gas and noticed the left rear trailer tire was low. It had 15 PSI so I had to add 40 PSI. It was fine for the rest of the trip.
Timothy YRadio didn't work in truck. Lights and turn signals didn't work on car dolly and was told by employee that you don't need trailer lights in Georgia. I would suggest you stock rental equipment that is functional.

Timothy LI just wasn’t happy with the equipment not available when I needed…Time constraint for me was horrible due to fact scheduled time was changed for the convenience by Uhaul not the customer(me) this request cause me more money plus a moving company “Helping Hands “ rude as all get out….plus to pay the money up front for services not render almost made me loose my cool …l have been dealing with you since 1990’s. I see people don’t give 🐀 rats A** about the stress cause by them. BTW Mr. Paul at Alfred street is the best personnel. I have encountered.
