I was not sure how the U-Haul worked. He looked at my pH. He thought I was all caked in as well he gave me the key. I get a call he told me he was going to call the cops.i didn't ck in online. Etc..... I have had the worst experience with U-Haul this time around. I use you guys a lot.
JoAnn HNo one around to help reserve a truck and the website and app were not working. Finally after an hour I got the truck and the inside was pretty disgusting.
Taylor MPick up was fine the truck was fine, we dropped the uhaul off gave the keys to the worker. And then 2 days later got an email saying the uhaul was never dropped off. And they wanted to charge me almost $300. I used the truck for one trip. 15 miles. Will never get another uhaul again.
JODI BMostly snow covered parking area and i was instructed to unhitch my trailer myself and put the truck anywhere.
Timothy KHad phone call from uhaul they didn't have my trailer i picked and got upgraded by the rep. Go in and they wanted to charge me extra for the free upgrade. Instead of giving me the trailer they gave me a small one. And no one helped put it on or take it off. No one new what they were doing on that end. Rented a trailer a week before guy did walk threw and helped install it from a different location.
MATTHEW SThe clerk was rude and not helpful at all. She stated that all she was going to do was computer work, and refused to disconnect the trailer. My wife had a friend disconnect the trailer, and then she left. THEN the clerk called me and said I never returned the packing blankets! THEY WERE FOLDED NEATLY IN THE TRAILER! She was unwilling to go to the trailer and retrieve them. If this was a typical U-Haul experience, I would never give you my business. I just about called roadside assistance to have the trailer detached and the blankets taken into the clerk. I feel we are due an apology.

MARTY CVery unprofessional service. Trailers were blocked and with other equipment. Personal wasn’t willing to move it. Also personal refused to do walk around and help install trailer to my vehicle by stating they not doing at this location. Manager of this location was rude and disrespectful by threatening customer that he will cancel the order upon customer request to improve customer service. Very disappointed with staff of this location, never experienced anything like it in any u haul location.
ILYA Sif the first truck rented to you does not start - you should not have the customer have to push the first truck out of the way by themselves just to get the 2nd truck out...otherwise the 2nd truck was clean, full of gas, and ran just great. when customer service connected with me because my return was not registered in the system - they were great and took care of things.
scott sWe had an awful experience returning our truck. I asked the desk person what I needed to do to return the truck, they said just drop the keys in the box and that’s it. So I did. Then as we were leaving I thought I should double check the app and sure enough I had to fill out a ton of questions/upload pictures. So I had to get the desk person to give me my key back out of the box. Then the app wouldn’t load anything. We sat in the parking lot trying to get the pictures to upload for 45 minutes in the freezing cold because the app simply would not work. We had service on our phones. I tried connecting to WiFi to see if that would help, it didn’t. Connected to my husbands phone hot spot and that still didn’t help. It was awful. The app and website is ridiculous. It should give you the option to NOT do mobile drop off. Absolutely horrible.

SARA KIt took the women over a half an hour to figure out how write up rental. I'm 73 years old I was alone. I went to hook-up the trailer and I could not lift it on to the ball. I went back in the office and asked them if her son (a big guy) could help me lift it. She they don't know how to do hook-ups. I said I just need help to lift it. She told me no. Then she said he could help me for $25. Mad I went back to truck after about 5 minutes I was able to guide it on the ball. Since then I've had knee and lower back pain. Dale Myhran
DALE MThe phone app caused a lot of problems. Glitches and the camera would not change to non-selfie view: THERE WAS NO WHERE TO CHANGE THIS. Very difficult to take any picture.

MARK CThis was a self-service drop-off but I didn't really need any help. Personnel answered my phone all but never came out to see/help me. The app was so self-explanatory. Easy, peasy.

gladys pUhaul took several days to check in and had to call uhaul multiple times - was not very helpful with what to do when arrived at location/when called later.
Rachel BDrop off location made me go through app for return and it was working spent over an hour trying to do the return on the app! Very frustrating and time consuming! Overall our experience was rather poor! When I’m paying this much for things and it to be hectic getting and dropping off. I will probably not rent again for all the hassle of this experience.
Collin PThis location operates out of a motel. The motel staff are very courteous but physically unable to help with anything mechanical, such as disconnecting the AT.

Billy BThe drop off site is not good. Near a run down hotel. In a valley so very poor cell service. Sketchy place. Not what I usually find with UHaul.
Thomas MMake sure you check the back of your trailers or mention that we should check. I wasn’t pleased to drive 45 minutes out to pick up a trailer and drive all the way back to find out there was a padlock in the back. It took quite a while to get it off.

Darryl DThere was no personnel at this location and drop of was very confusing. Got there on time but called the number on my uhaul contract and it was out of service. Checked in the hotel and no one was there either. Finally had to call customer service to find out there was an online form.
Riley HI would only recommend the location for convenience.The person I turned the key over to didn't bother checking the truck or amount of fuel. But she was polite and courteous...
Billy BI went to the drop-off site and no one was there, it was a trailer so I did not have keys to leave, I was not sure how to leave the trailer or prove I dropped it off, so I took pictures for proof of drop off.
