The owner was very helpful to provide the trailer I was needing and couldn’t find at other locations. I appreciated their effort.

RUTH MThe first female that helped me was very patient and very nice, but I had to reschedule because I didn't have a safety pin and an adapter for the trailer plug. I came back a few days later and the lady that helped was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't say a word to me when I showed up, not even hello or good morning or anything. I said hello and she ignored me and was wearing headphones. After she hooked up the trailer I was checking the license plate number like the U-haul email told me to do and I also double checked the connections. While doing that she finally said something to me but it was very condescending and rude. It was like I was wasting her time and she just wanted to get out of there. In fact, she drove out behind me when I left. She was very inpatient and rude. She said something like "You're ready to go" but very rudely, not in a nice or professional manner. I'll never use that location again and I definitely won't be recommending that place to anyone else.
Thomas MMake sure the brakes on the truck work well. Warn that the location is difficult to find and it doesn’t look like a uhaul location. It took forever to get things done. The truck rode like a stage coach not sure it had shocks. Truck was only half full of gas.

Ronald RTrailer was clean but smelled heavily of perfumed cleaner. Brand new tire had a knot in it. Owner is extremely rude. Called me the day I was picking up the trailer to chew me out and threatened to cancel my reservation because I was 1 hr past my requested pickup time. I tried to call to inform them I was going to be late but no one answered the phone. BTW the phone # on my reservation and on Google is a disconnected number. I'm surprised they are still in business. Also when I called Uhaul to make my reservation, I told the reservationist I was in Dayton and wanted something as close to Dayton as possible and certainly didn't want to go to Ames. They sent me to Ames anyway despite the fact they had over a month to get a trailer in Dayton
Anna BI know it's impossible to keep all the tree limbs, leaves, pecans out of trailer that's park under said tree, but when a customer ask about the trash in the trailer - very unprofessional to tell 70 yr old customer to "just clean it out". Very unprofessional to tell any customer "you need to hurry and leave my property", because customer is filling in the blanks on the app, and taking pictures of trash in trailer and making sure lights work, trailer chains install correctly, etc.

Joseph HThe location did not have appliance dolly or furniture roller dolly and we were not notified in advance and was not advised until we arrived at the location at 8 am the day of the reservation. This was a huge inconvenience for us and it'd been nice to know in advance.

Cheryle EThey were very unprofessional and it took two hours to get my uhaul truck. They did not know what they were doing. The supervisor was cussing constantly and was involved in an accident with one of there uhaul trailers and was causing a big scene and cops had to be called. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. My overall experience was horrible!!!!

BARBARA LYou whole process is horrible. Our truck was not at our specified location. We had to travel 30 miles from original location, which made us unable to get all the furniture needed to move since the truck was 2 hours late. You app is horrible. If you look at the picture the gas tank had no gas when we picked it up, I did not see the location to put on your horrible app for the gas. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a verification call. By the way. The website did not work for check in. The app did not work for check out. UHAUL SUCKS. CHARGED ME OVER $100 for gas because of your horrible technology. Oh and waiting 30 minutes for a rep to answer your calls twice.
