HOSSEIN AYou are not told ahead of time that Amex Foods does not hook up the trailer and lights for you nor do they send anyone out to the trailer when hooking up to see where your hitch is in comparison to the trailer hitch. They did not check lights to make sure they worked. I am in my 70s and went along to pick it up. I had to leave and find help.

ROGER MFirst, the truck was not even ready for us when we got there - it was in a field and hooked up to a trailer. The truck was pretty beat up and had less than 1/2 a tank of gas and the check engine light was on. The 2 dollies we ordered were not with the truck - we had to drive half of an hour to pick them up. They overcharged us 200. then the quote I had online and no one spoke English - and the woman renting the truck out was yelling at an old man who was trying to translate for us. These people should not be renting UHaul trucks.

Rosa SWorst U-Haul pick up ever! The two teenage girls at the counter were too busy talking to each other about the one girls new niece to take care of a customer. After waiting for them to finish talking she finally acknowledged me standing there. When she started helping me, she kept stopping to text her sister and then proceed to tell the other girl everything she was texting and the replies she was getting, then she would help me again. She could probably see that I was slightly dissatisfied with my customer service so what did she do? Normally, in a world where people take pride in their work, she would have given me a little more attention. Well not if todays society! She actually slowed down and started talking to the other girl even more! Did I mention they were speaking Spanish the whole time? Little did she know I speak Spanish, lucky for her she didn't say anything about me! See? White people experience racism, too! If I would've known this were going to happen, I would've rented round trip from my house instead of one way!

Jorge HThe app needs help. It made the experience difficult. Rotate phone, then loose all pictures for return and have to start over? Also, GPS locating, some areas rural and hard signal. Therfore almost impossible to start return. If I do a 24hr return, then what personal were helpful?
