They're so much nicer than the big Uhaul at Mt Laurel plaza by Giant Eagle. So if you want less attitude because someone has to do their job I'd go here.

Joseph OStaff needs to be clear on box specs. I was told the 26ft box truck had a completely flat bed inside. When I went to picked up the truck this morning I looked before I pulled out and the floor was raised above the wheels. I was unable to use the truck and lost a customer. When I talk to one of your employees I take there word on what there saying. I hope not all of your employees give misleading information. Thanks

Stephen SI had to pick up a truck 40 minutes from my house after picking the truck up and driving 40 minutes back home I was told to bring the truck back I had an E alert on my account after driving all the way back I was told the E alert was a glitch and I was good to go. When I finally got home to load the truck it was 2 PM I was way behind schedule it took longer to load the truck in the pouring down rain. The next day my truck was due back 1 PM I did not get the truck back until a little after 2 PM I was charged a $35 late fee. My U-Haul experience was awful the gas I spent in my own vehicle and putting gas in the truck picking up the truck taking it back then coming back to get it 41 miles was a huge inconvenience. I pick the truck up with a half a take a guess I returned it with more than a half a tank I guess. tiffany etruck had excessive heat coming into cab and it was a very hot day. very disappointed with this vehicle.
RICHARD RWhen we picked up the vehicle it had 0 fuel (we have photos of the dashboard to show there was no fuel when we picked up - we were charged because when we took it back with very little fuel because that is how we picked it up. When we rented again, the same vehicle two days later (this was a 3 day event and we have been doing this for several years, pick up on Thursday to take our products and set up, take the vehicle back same day and then pick up on Sunday to pack up our products and tear down. When we picked up the vehicle on Sunday, it had 0 fuel and I texted the rental place and he said that's how it was brough back! What this standard practice that when picking up a vehicle it is on empty?
Debra DThe owner was very unprofessional and unpleasant. The owner called me the night before and told me i could get the truck at 8am. I said great i showed up at 8am and no truck. I call him and he agures with me saying he didnt say i could get my truck at 8am. Then he calles me at 1030 saying dont come because my truck still isnt ready. Once i got my truck was a it hour late. He needs to have someone actually at his location. I had cash on me for the truck. When i was there i found out no one was there and i had to pay with a card over the phone. My Trucks check engine light came on half way through my drive.
timothy hThe owner was very nice and made the rental experience easy. Very nice guy. However, there was a gap in the floor of the truck on the passenger side and all of the heat from the engine was blowing on me while we were driving. This was very miserable. Needs repaired.
Mary SThis rental was a shit show… from reserving to dropping off! I first called to reserve a truck. Then I was called back and told that they would have a truck for me in a location. Then the day before my move I was called and told that my truck would be 20 minutes further away from where my original pick up was… My drop off was a total shit show. I was told on my receipt that my drop off was for Monday the 23rd at 9 AM. I dropped my truck off at the location I was told Sunday evening around 9 o’clock. I went up in the morning on Monday to finish up my paperwork. The office was not open. I called the number on the door. I was charged an extra day. That was canceled out. Called back again was charged for half the day. Called back again and I am not sure yet if it has all been taken off of my credit card . If he would like to ask me more about my experience I would be more than happy to talk to anybody that would like to listen. 412-855-6180
Clair WAn excellent experience. Easily accessible by personal phone number for any questions/help. Very accommodating to renter's needs. Made it a seamless experience. A pleasure to rent from! Would do so again even though there are closer Uhaul rental offices.

Leanne BCalling Lou at a moment's notice for a rental was the best thing I did all day. After a hectic move and still having to return to move addition items, Lou was extremely helpful in being able to do everything over the phone. TIMOTHY VExperience was a great one. The only thing I would change would be to have a street light installed. It was totally pitch dark n it made it hard to see backing up n then getting into my personal vehicle. Otherwise the PU n drop off was painless. I would use this spot again but please install some lights.
