I prefer a location that has a person I can talk with. I was able to do all the tasks asked for, but it was a little confusing. I had not realized what needed to be done, so I had not done anything before arriving at the site.

WILLIAM MIt’s just a drop off point - no way to verify equipment
David MDrop off was a lot with self check out/ no store or personnel. That was fine. It was easy overall but there should be a sign on key box that states to check out on phone BEFORE dropping in keys ( for pics) maybe there was one and I missed it.
JENNIFER ONo onsite staff. Transaction had to be completed by phone because app/website was not working. I requested a dolly and blankets. There were none. I went to original scheduled location and they also had none
Oscar HIt was our fault that we wrote down "Kennedy" instead of "Kearney" and did not get to the pickup site until after midnight, when Uhaul doesn't answer its phones. We made the 21 mile, over the mountain back trip and returned the next morning. I am 76 years old and not tech savvy, so if I did not have a 32 year old who got on the phone with a very helpful Uhaul agent we would have been unable to get the truck. I will add that the remote key retrieval system worked well in the hands of someone comfortable with such.
