Very good service. Gentleman was extremely helpful and polite
ERSKINE FI was charged a $250 damage fee for absolutely no reason at all. The truck was returned in the same condition that I received it in. Furthermore there was no information given about the type of damage they're claiming that I caused.

DREW GI rented a u-haul for a one way move. Upon returning the vehicle I was told all was good. I later saw a charge for $61.47 saying I exceeded my mileage allotment and didn't return the truck with as much gas as I received it. Both are lies and I have a picture to prove the milage I received the truck and gas at the time of pick-up. Telling the u-haul team at the drop off location, they didn't care. It's now on me to dispute a transaction and call corporate because their team can't count. Pathetic.

EUGENE EAs soon as I came in, I was asked how I could be helped and they called someone over to aid me with the u haul process. They were thorough and explained everything to me well. They were patient as they took their time to go through everything and answer any questions. When I got back I was met with the same amazing customer service and was giving a friendly walkthrough of the review of the uhaul truck and it went along nicely. Definitely my goto for u-haul services in the area.

Stephen BThe cargo van smelled like stale beer and cigarettes. It was filthy. Previous experience with this location has not been like that. I was afraid to leave my purse open in fear something would crawl into my bag. It was gross 🤢. The young lady that helped me was wonderful. So there was one bright light in the experience.

KEVIN Mprovide the MPG of the Van or size of the gas tank to allow the customer to estimate if a full tank of gas will do it on a one way trip. A hot spot would be great also. Other than that it was great

ALLISON HI had a 10-ft truck rented for 1:00 on Thursday quarter of 12 he calls me and tells me that the 10-ft truck isn't back you don't have to take a 20 foot truck why didn't he start at 9:00 in the morning finding me where I could get a 10-foot truck instead of waiting until an hour before I'm ready to pick it up you couldn't go you couldn't even do the speed limit because the truck would shake like crazy when you put the brakes on the windshield wipers did not clear the windshield off they must be 20 years old driver side headlight was out I'm driving in rain f*** 200 miles a truck twice the size that I need paint tools and gas yes he did credit me $40 for the gas and gave it to me for the price of 19 ft truck but still he should have had a truck listen call me at 12:00 and say oh listen don't pick it up here pick it up there so he had to do it's not the way to treat customers sounds like a scam to me cuz when I picked it up there's a 15 ft truck sitting there sitting in the same spot as it was when I returned the truck his excuse it wasn't running it was broke down so it really sounded like he was scamming me trying to get more money out of me for a bigger truck all I moved was a couch and a sofa your equipment is not good at all the truck should not have been on the road if it cannot do the speed limit without shaking all over the place I'm very unsatisfied and I will find someone else to rent from the next time running from you for years not anymore
